Walking distance to Kongeparken, Norwegian Outlet, swimming areas and mountain trips. 10 minutes from Sandnes and 25 minutes from Stavanger.

Harmonious and lovely end-terrace house

Stedet ligger nær Sandnes sentrum ca 15 min å gå ned. Busstasjon ligger ca100 meter i fra,bussene går ofte. Lett å komme seg både til Stavanger/Sola/prekestolen herifra. Ca 300 meter herifra er det knyttepunkt til alle plasser. Nydelige solforhold-solen er fra den står opp til ca kl 19.00 på fremsiden. Her er det nymalt i behagelige varme farger og det er en elegant og harmonisk atmosfære. Noe maksimalistisk i rustikk-glam stil. Jeg har fagbrev i renhold så her er det ryddig å rent alltid.
