This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The WiFi network works perfectly and offers coverage throughout the apartment, being perfect for work. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, iron and ironing board, blender, toaster, etc. and is offered with bed linen and towels. The entrance to this apartment is autonomous (by means of the access code that we will provide), so you can arrive at any desired time (from the allowed entrance time). The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay.During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. You can use all the apartment. The house includes, among others: - heating - air conditioner - wifi - TV - full equipped kitchen - washer - natural light - intercom - hangers in closets - linens & 2 towels per guest - check-in at any time (Upon availabilty) - property guide with tips of the neighborhood and the city - attention during the stay in case of any incident. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor.
