Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

An original architecture offers a high ceiling and brightness in the living room, including a seating area with wood-burning stove, dining table and open kitchen. Upstairs, 2 small bedrooms with double beds in mezzanines (closed, with sliding windows overlooking the living room downstairs and facing each other), each accessible by its staircase.
