It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved

As seen on HGTV. This non-smoking tiny house is close to Sunset Beach Marina and the Lakehouse restaurant. Quiet setting. Views of lake and marina from the deck. Air conditioner. Bathroom is equipped with a shower an composting toilet. No more than two guests per tiny house. Outdoor deck with propane grill. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
