Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. We have done the furnishings individually and of high quality and have made little use of the pole. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern built-in kitchen are available in case you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city port or the beach. The apartment has great transport connections and is still very quiet.

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahnhof Parkstraße (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! rural, quiet, ecological

A lovingly renovated apartment with roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. Particular emphasis was placed by us on the use of some ecological building materials such as clay and eco-boards in the living and sleeping area.
