Das ursprünglich als Atelierhaus konzipierte Bungalow wurde 2023 behutsam saniert, wobei die besondere Außen- und Innenarchitektur im Stil der 1950er Jahre erhalten blieb. Das historische Gebäude ist Teil eines Ensembles aus Alt- und Neubau und liegt auf einem großzügigen Südhanggrundstück in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Starnberger See. Es eignet sich perfekt als Wochenend- oder Ferienhaus für zwei bis vier Personen. Direkter S-Bahn Anschluss von Feldafing in die Münchner Innenstadt.

In the middle of the picturesque Alpine foothills, Lake Starnberg is at your doorstep: the perfect starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains, to Munich city center – or just let your soul rest in this extremely cozy wooden house.

Quiet apartment in Andechs (s'Wuidgehege)

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

Apartment in a vacation paradise

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Kneissl vacation home on Lake Starnberg

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.

Our house is still brand new, in a wonderful location close to nature. The guest apartment has a soothing atmosphere. You sleep wonderfully and wake up with the morning sun. Just behind the house begins the forest and it is not far to the lake. Within walking distance, the S-Bahn train, which is in the center of Munich in 35 minutes, runs directly to the Oktoberfest.

Cozy Souterrain in Berg/ Ostufer Starnberger See

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.

Die helle Ferienwohnung mit großer Sonnenterrasse bietet Ruhe und Komfort, um zwei Personen einen entspannten Aufenthalt am wunderschönen Starnberger See zu bereiten. Der See mit großer Liegewiese und Badebuchten sowie die S-Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es ein Carport mit privatem Parkplatz.
