NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box spring bed, a bathroom with rain shower and a living area with adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area is also the sofa bed, on which one more person can stay overnight. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the foothills of the Alps and, of course, to the Erding thermal spa.
