We are 8 minutes drive away from Motueka and one of the regions most popular cafes and 1 km down the road you can join up with the Great Taste Bike Trail. Escape the city and see the stars at this rural hideaway with breathtaking views. Take in the night sky whilst relaxing on the deck or view the morning sunrise from the comfort of being in bed. Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

Parkview Cottage - stroll to town

Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.

Nile Street studio.

Central Nelson self-contained studio in quiet area, 1 block from the botanical garden, art gallery and a short walk from town centre, bars and restaurants. Own entrance, off street parking. 15mins from the airport. We have just finished extensions to the house although this does not affect the studio space, the driveway and landscaping have yet to be completed.
