Parking is available at the house. 300 meters from public transport - train and bus. In Gilleleje there are several restaurants, cafes and pizzerias. Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. The house is located in lovely quiet nature surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there is a view of the garden, Å and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there may be some. The house is newly built with nice kitchen and bath and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from beautiful sandy beach. In addition to a large double bed for 2 people, the house has a 140 cm box mattress in the loft. Suitable for 1 person. There is free access to kayaks, sup, fire pit, bicycles and fishing rods. Wilderness bath ( for a fee)

Lovely cottage close to water and nature

Welcome to our cottage where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. The house is located in Utsholt, 1.6 km from the beach, 8 km from Gilleleje and Tisvildeleje, where you will find the good restaurants, cafes and fishing port with the possibility of buying freshly caught fish. The house is 80 m2 and consists of large living room and three bedrooms. There is a patio with morning sun, where the outdoor bath is also. In the garden there is a large covered terrace and lawn with sun loungers. The house is well insulated and has heat pump and wood stove.

In the opposite direction is Nakkehoved Lighthouse, with breathtaking views of land as well as towards Sweden. It is possible to borrow men's and women's bike, with gear. Older models!

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. The old "Stable" is beautifully situated and at the same time close to Gilleleje town and Dronningmølle child-friendly sandy beach. The rustic walls, the bedroom with the old barn door, large family room with wood stove and kitchen as well as toilet and shower form the framework for a lovely holiday home.
