On the 2nd floor of a 600-year-old house is the cozy apartment located 5 minutes' walking distance from the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is even closer. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains in the south as in the north and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between the road, the wall and our garden. By car, you can reach the free parking lot on the edge of the Hall Valley, part of the largest nature park in Austria, the Karwendel, in about 10 minutes.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The apartment is located in the small village of Inzing, in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains, approx. 15 minutes' drive from the state capital of Innsbruck. In summer, countless hiking and biking trails, natural climbing walls and a swimming pool await you only about 15 minutes' walk from the apartment. Would you prefer to go skiing, cross-country skiing or on a great ski tour? Then visit us in winter. Approximately 20 minutes by car, there are several ski resorts, cross-country ski trails...

The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location of the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.
