Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Cozy duplex apartment

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Not only was a family-friendly facility taken into account, but also emphasis was placed on a pleasant vacation or workplace. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideally suited as a starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours in the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and adjoining large bathroom with shower and bath. Guests can relax on the large, rear-facing terrace overlooking the countryside. This apartment is in the same house as the "Pretty guest room with bathroom/kitchen".

Dieses modern eingerichtete, gemütliche Apartment verbindet die Vorteile einer guten Verkehrsanbindung mit einer schönen landschaftlichen Umgebung. Mit der Bahn ist Frankfurt in 37 Minuten und Mannheim in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Neben den in unmittelbarer Umgebung gelegenen Seen ist auch der Rhein fußläufig gut zu erreichen (15 Gehminuten).

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.
