Cosy fisherman's cottage & garden

Our lovely cottage & courtyard garden is on a quiet street in old Harwich, just one road back from the pier. Excellent pubs & beach staggeringly close, 5 minute walk to train station, 2 stops to international ferry to Holland, London 1hr20m. The cottage has three bedrooms over two floors (with very steep stairs) and is suitable for children & well behaved, house trained pets. I have completed the Control of Cross Infection in a Post Covid 19 World Qualification, which guides our cleaning regime.

The lodge is located in a secluded part of the owner’s farmhouse orchard with stunning open views over farmland and close to the River Stour and area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A unique totally wooden structure the lodge offers an open plan lounge/dining area incorporating fully fitted kitchen. Double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room with toilet. West facing veranda with stunning sunsets. 10 mins to Manningtree station and close to Constable country and Harwich ferries to Holland.

Gordon Villa - A Seaside Escape

Relax with the whole family at Gordon Villa, a semi-detached Victorian Villa, a stones throw from Dovercourt Bay's Blue Flag award winning beach and a few minutes walk from Dovercourt town centre and train station. Enjoy our modernised family home, on a quiet residential road, comprising of three reception rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely private south facing garden. There are miles of sandy beaches, long countryside walks, great restaurants and village pubs to enjoy nearby.

The Annexe

Very light self contained Annexe in a peaceful rural location in the lovely village of Chelmondiston, near Ipswich. The village contains shops, pubs and the River Orwell, and all are within walking distance. Plenty of parking, you will have your own private entrance and west facing patio to enjoy the Suffolk sunsets. Two TVs and compact but full kitchen with washer / dryer. Well-behaved pets are allowed but please note the outside space is not fully enclosed. All bookings via AirBNB please.

Spacious Modern Caravan

The caravan is spacious and modern with a large living room to accommodate the entire family during game nights. Ofcourse, an open plan kitchen connects to the living room, so that you can easily get up and grab a cold one without missing a single moment of the X-factor! The bedrooms are also a couple of steps away, with the master bedroom located between the two twin single rooms. Access to all the amenities on site does require a day pass to be purchased upon arrival from the reception.

We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.
