Everything was great, this place is very cute and nice, you will find a beautiful garden with wonderful view and will love it. You can travel a lot all over the region or just relax there. I spend pleasant and lovely time here.

The place is very well situated - close to the centre of Nachod, but in a very quiet quarter (like a small village). There is a nice view (the house is on top of a hill with a steep driveway). The house is small but well equipped, pretty, comfortable and cosy. It is a good starting point for sightseeing trips in the region, as well as for skiing in the nearby Zieleniec (Poland). The hosts are hospitable and friendly :)

January 2020 - 1 person, 3 nights. Very cozy house, parking in the garden in front of the house and behind a locked gate. Staying "self-service" - a big advantage. Everywhere clean. Very well equipped kitchen with all kinds of equipment (and sharp knives). In the cold good temperature control, you will not be cold. Full-value bath will delight. Very quiet place, you are completely private. Due to the period I did not even see the neighbors. There is no television, which may bother anyone (not me). Overall great satisfaction at a reasonable price.

Wonderful location with an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay and so did our dogs! We were welcomed with delicious Christmas cookies. Great location, good price and we didn't miss a thing in the house.

Accomodation on the 1st floor of a family house in a quiet part of the town near the forest. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The room also offers plenty of storage space. Nearby are small food open daily until half past eight in the evening, where you can get almost everything.

Fantastic landscaping around this divine bench with a view of Kudowa during the day and at night with a view of the stars. A place you want to go back to. I was with my wife and we both RECOMMEND !! We stayed absolutely satisfied with Michael's accommodation! Room and common areas were clean and cozy, good equipment in the kitchen. The house is located near the Adrspach-Teplice rocks (30 minutes by car), so we managed to travel the entire area. Thank Michael for excellent hospitality and definitely recommend the place to stay :)

Marek's apartment has a great location in Starkov and includes everything you need in such a place. Plus it has a great atmosphere.

The accommodation in the picturesque town was great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The only thing I missed was sugar for morning coffee. The communication with the owner was excellent.

Everything okay, the hosts were very nice, the whole apartment clean with the equipment that was needed. The apartment is located in a quiet location, there are two grocery stores. Accommodation is also suitable for guests who did not arrive by car, public transport often runs and quite well connected to each other. :)

The accommodation was clean, in a quiet location, and where we felt very good. The hosts were very pleasant and willing to share a place worth visiting (Adršpach, the Trees café in Kostelec, of course). We can only and only recommend! :)

The appartement was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Petra is very nice and helpful if you ask for any tips in the area. Check-In and Check-Out is very flexible. You‘ll have to drive with care if it snows, but when we arrived the room was already heated. There is a wood stove as well :)

The room was very cozy, clean, with a nice terrace. It is not far from the center, but it is quiet and peaceful. The big advantage is the proximity of the forest and location higher than the city, so the sunset is magical. I recommend :)

We had such an amazing stay. The rooms are huge and very tidy. The jacuzzi is awesome and has space for a lot of people. You can have a nice walk to the nearby castle and Nachod is worth a visit as well. Patrik is a very nice guy and he was very dedicated.

The accommodation was perfect for us as a couple and our children, (toddler) child and teenager. It is not always easy to find something for this combination. But that was perfect. Table tennis, campfire and the whirlpool were the highlights for us! We recommend!

The host was great about referring us to the best local areas for amazing hikes and mushroom foraging. The home is almost 400 years old and beautifully renovated to preserve the original charm in a comfortable way.

Apartment very neat, clean and equipped with everything you need every day. Location very close to the city center, after arriving, you do not need to move the car, and you can effectively explore the area. We also recommend the local parkrun Park-Zdrojowy every Saturday at 9:00 :)

Very nice place as a starting point! The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need for everyday life. It is a bit distant from the center and is not located on the street itself, thanks to which it is quiet and peaceful. There are many parking spaces under the block. A short distance away there is a bakery with delicious bread, a bus stop and Biedronka. I would highly recommend!

The downside is the lack of a balcony and wifi. We will be happy to be back. It was a very enjoyable stay. Kudowa is a great starting point to the Czech Republic and the mountains. Best wishes

Everything as described, the room very well equipped, clean. Hosts very nice and friendly. On Fat Thursday under the door a delicious surprise was waiting for us which was very nice.

The accommodation offers everything you need. The mistress is really nice and takes care of everything if there is a problem. The way to the winter sports area of Zieliec is not far. There is forest right behind the house. The burgers at Uliczny Burger and the pizza / pasta at La Nostra are delicious. Food park right at the entrance to the spa park makes delicious baked sandwiches (zapiekanki). We had a very good time.

The flat is very nice, clean and well furnished! We especially enjoyed the breakfasts, the fire place and the local products. We will definitely come back in the area and stay at this place.

Everything is perfect. Clean, cosy, beautiful view from the balconies. Big place, kitchen with everything needed, supermarkets are nearby, big shower. Perfect place to stay with a family (table games for kids, chair for kids etc)!

Pavel and Marketa run a small cozy guesthouse on the outskirts of Náchod. The place is conveniently located close to the forest and not so far away from ‘civilization’. What made the greatest impression on us was how clean it was - we didn’t see a speck of dirt, and how big it was - we stayed just as a couple but the place could easily fit six or eight people. Pavel and Marketa were exceptionally friendly and for a little fee they were supplying us with wood so we could enjoy the fireplace throughout long winter nights. I strongly recommend staying at their place!

You absolutely cannot go wrong booking a stay at Pavel & Marketa's place! The space is lovely and was spotlessly clean. It is large and is laid out so people in the same group can have privacy for sleeping. As an additional service, we had breakfast for us both days. It was fresh and beautifully prepared. It was a real treat to have it delivered right to our table! Pavel provided some wonderful information for our sightseeing in the area and our plans to visit Adrspach Rocks. Highly recommended hosts!

Stayed at Jan’s apartment during Brutal assault festival 24. Everything was right about the apartment, clean,comfortable and quite. Easy to cook a meal with all the essentials and herbs Jan has in his kitchen. With a beautiful back garden (farm) with some fruits. Also a nice forest walks nearby to few lakes, very relaxing. Jan was very hospitable and welcoming. I would recommend staying at his place without any doubts.

We were very satisfied with the whole stay. There is a fully equipped apartment, we did not find anything that was missing. You can cook and wash. I appreciate that we didn't share the apartment with anyone. All civic amenities just a few steps from the door, the wider area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking or relaxing. Jan is a very nice host, if you do not know where to eat, coffee or trip, he will gladly give you some tips - it is definitely worth asking. Thank you!

At Jan, I found a superbly situated home in the center of a small town near the main square, where there are long open shops and a bus station. Literally on all sides of the world, there are opportunities for day trips around the amazing region. Little where have I found so many ideal forest paths for hiking and cycling. It was convenient to return to accommodation where the whole apartment is available, with very good WiFi connection and above all a generously equipped kitchen including basic ingredients for a healthy diet. It was a great place to relax.

My brother and I came to the Brutal Assault festival and we wanted to find a quiet, clean place to stay. Jan's place is perfect. It's about 30 mins away from all the noise. It was great to have a comfortable place to stay. I hope to stay there next year!

Lovely clean apartment near the teplice rocks

Our stay at Petra's place was perfect, the house was very clean, well located (10 minutes from Skalne Miasto by car). The host was very nice and flexible.

I recommend :) live house looks better than the pictures. Neat and you can see that after renovation. Small fridge + microwave and all necessary dishes and cutlery included in the package. Two comfortable couches. Admittedly, my fiancée rented a room for 2 people and the second bed was not needed for sleeping, but it worked well during the day just to sit as a folded couch. If necessary, two more people will enter. Very nice place to park the car right next to the cottage, deep away from the street.

Overall Impression: Bomb! The friendly hosts even did castling, so that we could be three in a slightly larger room than we were initially forced to take (larger were already booked). Close to everything, exploring the area a lot. I heartily recommend.
