I stayed in Tay's home 1 month! From the beginning till the end it was perfect. The house is very welcoming, clean. In a safe, quiet and natural environment. All the equipment was available for you to feel at home. Tay was very flexible, caring, knowledgeable, helpful. There was an appropriate distance (friendly and personal space). We had great discussions about many topics. He cooked a delicious Thai soup. I totally recommend !!

If you love books and nature, this place is for you. Very modern and stylist house full of light. The room full of nature light and bird singing on the morning to wake you up. You can use bus no.8 which go directly to Chatuchak market and Chit Lom station, very often so which is convenient. Tay has Netflix and I almost finished one korean series during my holiday. Very peaceful start of Year of Rat and feel lucky to have this stay for my holiday, I'm recharge now for the whole year ahead.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood, no roaring of cars, just what I expected. The room is a little bit small but very clean and cozy. And Tay is a warm-hearted and thoughtful guy. It’s been a quite pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you Tay!

Being my first time out of the country on my own he was extremely accommodating to helping me get out of my comfort zone. I couldn’t give him higher praise. be prepared for a calmness outside of main Bangkok area. Don’t be alarmed, you can easily reach the main city with just a little coordination. Very great home; neighborhood with security and just a peaceful stay.

Yossawan’s apartment was a perfect stay for my stopover in Bangkok. Very affordable with everything you’d need inside the apartment, complex, and area. Check in was simple, the pool was clean, and the building was conveniently located near a large shopping mall. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is just great! I needed a rest from my travels and found there my perfect hideout. Everything is clean and comfortable. The street around is quiet. Kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare your own meal and you have also shopping option next to the place. The communication was fast, easy and clear. I really enjoyed my stay and can recommend this place!!

This place is very nice with great pool. Host is really helpful and quick answering. Location is good thanks to boats which are 5 mins walk from apartment and they can get you to MRT station and city center. The apartment was perfect for 2 people , it was clean with 2 AC's . Truly recommend.

This is just an amazing place, located strategically not far from the city, there is a 24 hr supermarket just there a back door to open market and food. Absolutely amazing place. I give it a 20 star ⭐️

Thanks Pim for being a thoughtful host. Her place has everything you need. I do love her small kitchen with well prepared equipment. You can walk to Supermarket just 600 meter away. Under the building, there is laundry service and mini-mart which is very helpful to us. It's easy to go downtown by Airport rail link that is only 1 km away (ride motorcycle only 30 THB). I took a taxi from apartment to BKK airport and costed only 165 THB. I surely will stay at Pim's place again when I visit Bangkok.

The house is in the D building. The room layout is quite good, there is a private space and a place to eat and chat. They are all very good, and there are water purifiers, which are unexpected. There are 711 in the community, there is a big supermarket and KFC at the door.

This is my second time i book Pim's place. Very nice apartment at very good location. What can i say , i will definitely will book Pim's place when going to Bangkok. Thumbs up.

Pim’s place was close to quite a few local favorites for food. It was easy to navigate to and from her place + it’s only a 30 minute drive from the airport. Before checking in, she sent me a message in Thai to show cab drivers for easier navigation to her place—saved us so much time getting to the condo from the airport. Thank you, Pim! :)

Lucy’s condo is perfect for a single or a couple traveling in Thailand. We used here place as a “home” base and did multiple trips to other locations during our stay. It’s with in walking distance to the bang kapi mall/ tesco lotus and happy land markets. I would recommend her place if your looking for somewhere that is safe and secure with off street parking. The security staff are very pleasant to talk too and very helpful with check in and baggage.

It was a little far from the center, but I was on the grab, and I did not have any inconvenience. I am so happy. Lucy was a very friendly and attentive guesthouse, thank you.

It was clean and pretty as was the photo. The bathroom is clean. I did not use it but I could use a common washing machine and a water purifier on the first floor (both are charged). It is possible to have the air conditioner in the bedroom and the living room. I am happy to come back and relax well. Besides, the people who manage the building were very nice because it was very nice. I do not know the situation of buses or subways near by taxi.

The hotel environment is very good, the swimming pool and gym facilities are very good, the butlers are very welcoming, the hotel is very convenient for transportation, it is only about one kilometer away from the Ratchada train night market, and a 15-minute walk can reach the shopping street, travel is very convenient!

The overall price is very high! 1. Location: The location is pretty good. It is close to the Ratchada train night market and Bangkok East Railway Station. There is a convenience store next to the community. There is a Starbucks at the door. The driver will not say that they do n’t know the road when calling. However, it is a little far away from the Ferris wheel night market and Zhengwang Temple, but there are usually no problems with taxis. 2. In the room: It doesn't seem to be the same as the picture I saw, but it's a sparrow. However, there is a disadvantage. The bathroom is a bit small and not ventilated, so it is not friendly to take a bath or use the toilet. 3. Attitude: I will contact and communicate well in advance, that is, the uncle's housekeeper uncle may improve his attitude. 4. Finally, the worst problem is the sound insulation problem. The sound of the next door can be heard, and it is loud. But overall the price is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and bicycles in the community. Very responsible and friendly host

I was impressed by the kind and friendly condo owner. For 12 days, if you have any questions, I immediately solved and guided me. Two handsome young men were having a good time without discomfort. The view of the bedroom is worth seeing. The gym and swimming pool is beautiful on the 33rd floor, you have to touch the keys in the elevator to go there. Mr. Kim's house is all new. I had a cleaning service while I was there. I cared about the ornaments and displayed them. Bowls and wine glasses are also new. There's a mini-super at the condo gilner, and if you go to Ramang, you'll find a local restaurant every morning. There's also a massage shop on the 3rd floor on Starbucks, it's new, it's 200 baht per hour. You can wash it, you have to use the train. I use Airbnb sometimes, but I'm impressed by the wonderful host. I hope Mr. Kim is a good host. Happy New Year to everyone.

The street that Hive 68 locates is a kind of nostalgic feeling. It was good for me. Room is compact and everthing is facilitated. Convenience shop is very close.

I had a very good stay at Tanawat's. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Highly recommended and will stay again.

We loved this spot. It’s easy to get to transportation and they hold bags if you want to travel lighter. The room has nice A/C and a mini fridge. The host Tanawat is very friendly and kind. We got in really late and he was very nice to wake up to check us in.

The room is exactly as it is in the pictures. It is on the 4th floor and has a nice little balcony to sit outside on. The bed was comfortable, shower worked well, and laundry is on the first floor. Check in was easy and upon arrival just needed to tell the front gate security guard we needed the key pouch that is in the picture in the check in instructions. Check out you just leave it in the mailbox. There is a nice cafe across the street, 7-11 attached to the building, and a coffee shop 2 blocks down. It isn't near the city center but Grab was decently priced to all the main tourist locations. If you like walking like we did then there is a mall and grocery store not more than 1km away. About 3km away is a college and large night market that has a wide selection of food, clothes, and many other items. Staying here felt more like living among locals which we thought was great. Overall we would highly recommend staying here if you are fine with being a little bit away from the city center. Going to the airport was easy too. If I'm ever in Bangkok again I will stay here for sure.

Voravalan was quick in replying to messages and check-in was smooth and I could do self check-in at midnight. About the house : Stylish and compact condo with fully equipped kitchen and all necessary stuff you would require during your stay. Beds are comfy and linens were clean and fresh. A 7/11 store was right below the apartment. Drinking water is available through a vending machine at the ground floor. House got 2 Aircon both in bedroom and dining area. She got a huge collection of films at home and it will be great for those who stay here for long time. About the location: The location of flat is away from noisy Bangkok and neighborhood is pleasant with not much high rise building nearby. However, it require a taxi to reach nearest train station which is 3 km from flat. A big supermarket Maxvalu and many restorants & bar available in walkable distance. It's easy to reach from Suvarnabumi airport as it's in the middle of airport link line closer to phayathai. We can reach anywhere in centre within 30-40 min by taxi or Train. She is very flexible with guest and allowed me to check out late since my flight was in mid night. Thank you for hosting me and I recommend her place to fellow travelers.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We found the bed very comfy and the air con worked perfectly. Also, the WiFi was great! Beware though that the property is 45 minutes from Bangkok centre by taxi, so if you’re staying in Bangkok just a couple of days to do touristy things, you’re better off at central hotel. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

The gym, and pool are all great for relaxing - great location. 7-11 and other convenience store, shopping mall, markets are very closed. Easily to go to Bangkok center by boat ( few minutes walk to the boat station) - Sadsaros is a great host. The room and the location were great! It’s not close to any BTS stations, but the bus stop is right in front of the building. You can go anywhere by bus and it’s really cheap. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Annie as the host was very helpful before, during, and after my stay. I’m looking forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Bangkok!

A small but comfortable apartment, the best thing for traveling alone. The apartment has everything you need and even more (it is unlikely that you will have to use the kitchen a lot, since they eat in Thailand mostly outside the house), and all this is in good working condition. Someone may not think the location is very convenient - this is not the city center, and it will take you about an hour or two to get to many attractions by public transport. On the other hand, this is a great area for those who are tired of seeing a lot of tourists around. There is also the excellent The Bangkapi Mall within a 15-minute walk. It is inferior in size and assortment of goods to the well-known MBK Center, but it has everything you need: from a wide selection of Thai and not only food, to computer equipment and a water park at the very top of the building. I recommend for a long stay.

Very quick response time, and very considerate of traveling hours that any tourists may have. Check in was extremely easy, as well as our check out at 4AM. It was a short stay, but it was very hospitable and I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the outskirts of the city.

The landlord replied that there were a lot of questions at the beginning and asked him that he patiently answered me and the location of the apartment was better. It was a very cost-effective apartment.

What I liked most was the fact that I was allowed to live in the entire apartment on my own and also the opportunity for fitness and the nearby grocery store, 170m away.

1. Hosts are so friendly and adorable. 2. I will do my best to improve even a small problem 3. Location is very good Metro and taxi Autobike But there are too many cars in the city of Bangkok. 4. I am very satisfied because it is a new house. 5. Supermarkets and local restaurants are nearby. 6. There are many 24-hour security and friendly staff. 7. The Jacuzzi facilities, especially the swimming pool and the gym are perfect. 8. They will give me the best effort and sincerity for my comfort. 9. It was difficult without a public laundry and washing machine, but the rent is reasonable. 10. The room is a little small and there is no living room, but the price is reasonable. 11. It was hard at first because of the bed, but I am so thankful for the improvement in the back, I lost my height and I was embarrassed. 12. As a result, it is a good place with more than 90 points, so I want to use it next time. ** Improvements would be perfect if you had a little more money and a sturdy mattress and a washing machine. The communication with Lalana was amazing. We had different problems with our flights (and cancelled flights), but she helped us with every question we had. My boyfriend loved the JBL player. We were very glad with the Netflix, since we were pretty tired after the long flight and wanted to relax and rest the first day. Everything is at hand in the apartment: fridge (with bottles of water in it), soap/shampoo/conditioner, kettle, cutlery, airco, dish soap etc. The apartment was very clean. Only one glass wasn't very clean, probably not cleaned well by the tenants before us. It's a beautiful and spacious apartment closeby the airport rail link. Via this train, you can go further and link with the skytrain or a bus. The environment around the apartment isn't very touristy, and when walking there as farangs, people look at you. We didn't mind, because we look for the non touristic parts of a city. For people who don't like this, like I said: you can take the airport rail link and then bus or skytrain. We would surely recommend this apartment!

Lalana is a very friendly and helpful host. We had a great time staying here and the apartment is lovely. It is super close to the airport link station and there is a 7-11 right below the apartment, however, there are not many restaurants or tourist attractions close by. Great location if heading to the airport and probably the nicest accommodation of our entire trip! We had a slight mix up with our check out time, but Lalana went above and beyond to accommodate us and was very responsive to our messages. Great place and amazing host :))

This is self-check-in. The landlord puts the key somewhere, and then you get it yourself. Near Ramkhamhaeng University, there are quite a few Chinese restaurants, a small gathering area similar to the Chinese. There is a night market over the university. Wifi is pretty fast, with refrigerator, microwave. The wet and dry separation of the bathroom is good. The washing machine is at the bottom of the building. You can dry your clothes on the balcony. Watching the night scene at night is pretty good. The first floor of the apartment has a small gym and free use of the pool. However, the disadvantage is that there is no public transportation nearby. A taxi to Suvarnabhumi Airport costs about 150 baht. Near university and night market.Wifi is fast .Room is clean.Wash service need pay at 1st floor. Air con & refrigerator & microwave oven all ok. Gym and swimming pool are free. Take the taxi to suvarnabhumi airport around 150 ฿ by meter.

Second time I stayed in Nata apartment. It has an awesome view of city which you can just watch for hours. It’s in great location that is in easy reach of downtown by river boat. Close to food markets, restaurants, cafes, sports facilities, everything you need to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others.

It's a good spot close to the airport. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. There's also a 7/11 right next to the building. Condo staff is friendly and willing to help. The bed is comfortable and the internet works fine. The gym is not really equipped as a gym, but the pool is nice.

The communication with Nata was great and she kindly found a solution when I accidentally booked the place twice. The room is nice, internet runs good and confo staff is friendly. The only con for me is that the gym is not really equipped, but the pool is good.

The construction caused the GPS to take us down a dark alley that looked a little unsafe, but at the end of the road we saw this beautiful place. We came in the back way I think. The place was very clean, we received many helpful tips on places nearby. I appreciate the bottles of water in the fridge. I would gladly stay here again.

It was good without any inconvenience to use alone. The gym was a little small, but there were not many users, so I wrote it well every day, and the guards were very kind. When I arrived, the bottled water in the fridge was very touching, and all the facilities were clean and very good. I could go to the main road and get on the blue buses number 60 and 168 to get to the main station at 20 baht. And there is no dog in the alley, so it is the best! But just in front of it is under construction ㅠ I have traveled in Thailand for 3 months now and have used hotels, Airbnb, and Gestraus, but the water pressure is the most difficult place, and the water did not go well. I did not use the kitchen, but everything is there. The building is also a new building and it was really good :) Thank you

The landlord is generally good, you have to ask questions, unlike some landlords who ca n’t be contacted for a long time, the room is also very good, just a little bad, wsj may have a little odor and may not have windows. Overall it is good! The three of us stayed with me and the third person gave me sheets. Thank you!

I didnt get to stay for the time intended though I wish I had. Yossawan was very helpful and responsive. The place was super comfy and neat and everything was where she said and like the pictures. She gave me instructions for checkin that were accurate and detailed and I didnt have to wait to get in at all. The place is in a nice spot and isnt in central bangkok but close enough that a taxi isnt expensive and you could take a boat straight there. Yossawan left 3 full bottles of water for me and told me how to get more for cheap in the same housing complex. There was only a microwave which I thought was really going to hurt but was better than nothing and there were people selling food down the entire block feet away and a 711 that was helpful also. There were also 24hr supermarkets right around (which are actually hard to find in bangkok. I mean super markets in general) If youre looking for a cute comfy and still stylish homey place this is it. Theres a pool, washing machine and its just an all around nice spot. Quiet too. I'd recommend. Though a hot plate would be great.

I have lived here for 3 days. The landlord is Chinese. Intimate to 4 o'clock in the middle of the night is still waiting for us to check in. The location of the house is also very good, there is mrt not far away, 711 downstairs, there are pharmacies on the opposite side, some medicines will be cheaper. The apartment has its own swimming pool and gym, and the security guards downstairs are very welcoming every time we see you. It is a place where you feel very loved. There was a powder next to it. It was delicious. It was very delicious. The boss liked the Chinese very much. The first time I pulled us in, I didn’t think that the taste was really good. I was chatting with us, 30 beads and a bowl. Will give you a cup of ice, 1 bead, you can pour water, a lot of fried snacks, are also 6-10 beads, very cheap and delicious!

The house is quite nice, although it is small but clean, everything needed is available; and it is in the neighborhood, with a doorman and an access card, which is relatively safe. The location is probably in the middle of the city center and the airport. Considering that there is light rail transportation nearby; there is a 711 just a few minutes walk, which is very convenient if you want a house.

Its a sweet apartment, not very spacious but everything is there. And swimming, gym nearby laundry, stores etc are very convenient. Would be good if there s hand soap, living room tissue, a pair a slipper , and maybe 1 bottle of drinking water etc. In general, its worth it. And i enjoyed my stay, and the host is very helpful, kind, patient, and love to help anytime. Tks so much.

Ramkhamhaeng area, close to the train station, a few shops underneath to try local foods. A tad far from city but overall very easy to get around places. Would recommend as great value for staying in Thailand. Hosts are very helpful and responsive when we have any enquiries. The only downfall for us was the bathroom was quite small and me and my partner are quite tall, less leg room for sitting on the loo and the bathroom sink was quite low.

Nuu place is lovely, small and cosy but perfect for a couple. The building is new and not too far from both airports. It also has airport link literally arrive outside the apartment from BKK. Pool and gym is nice and easy access due to local train links on same road. Also if you are Muslim and need halal food there’s so many options underneath Ramkhamhaeng airport link station. Would stay again when I come.

A bit far from the centre but it's fine because there is an Airport Rail Link train station nearby. The apartment is amazing, they have Vietnamese coffee with a Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine for you and several packets of shrimp noodles. The apartment is on a high floor so its view is really awesome! Definitely will recommend Nuu's place to my friends!

Nuu and Joe were great hosts - Both are fluent in English and were really helpful with any questions we had, they always responded right away. The condo is a brand new building w/ a sky lounge, gym, pool, ping pong table, yoga room and washroom. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a long term stay - the bed is a comfortable queen size bed, the TV comes with Netflix as well as fast/stable private internet, 30/20 mbps upload/download. The airport link is a 3-4 minute walk away which will take you directly to Suvarnabhumi Airport and vice versa - The airport link also connects directly to the BTS line. There's plenty of 7-11s within a 3-4 minute walking distance as well as many street food vendors/markets. The area is a fun place to explore within reach of all the popular attractions due to the convenience of the Airport link/BTS. We also used Grab multiple times and drivers had no issues finding the condo - you can go anywhere for 60-150 baht. Really recommend Nuu and Joe's condo, thanks again for the great stay :)

I loved staying here. The place was modern and clean. The pool was an added bonus (it's almost always empty). Also make sure to check out the sky lounge on the top floor—perfect for a good view, with quiet places for reading or writing. And definitely check out The Common in Thonglor for a local(ish) cool hangout spot.

Nuu its a good hostess, everithing in The apartment is Like The photos and The space is very clean, comfortable and just steps from The airport link.

Nuu and Joe condo is a gem among Bangkok condo's. I am the first to ever rent the Airbnb so I had expectations but it turned out to be the best choice for my stay in Bangkok. It is a very secured condo building with pool, gym, boxing gym, yoga room, sona and ping-pong room. Condo is 26m2 with balcony, kitchen, bathroom and living room, all brand new appliances including washing machine and a top of the line coffee machine. Situated on soy 71 a bit up North you can take the sky train in 5 min to go anywhere or take a 60 THB taxi to get to nearest BTS on Sukhumvit Road. Above all aforementioned info, Nuu and Joe response is very quick for the check-in and were helpful for any information to get around. Thank you again! Will definitely book again when I get back to Bangkok and would recommend to anyone coming for short/long term stay!

Studying at NIDA, this time I came to Thailand to attend the graduation ceremony. With the parents coming, the facilities in the room are great. Very close to the mall, not found at the beginning, but fortunately the landlord pointed to the road to find a shortcut. The community is very safe and the staff is warm. The location of the room is also very quiet. There is a smell in the bathroom in the room, and it is much better to close it. The landlord is very nice, replying and providing information in a timely and accurate manner. Have the opportunity to continue to set this room~ Thank you for your help, I hope everyone will live happily.

Having visited Bangkok on many occasions (mostly in Sukhumvit) i decided to try a new area. Hon Yuen's apartment in Bangkapi with it's close proximity to shopping malls, night market & water taxi looked perfect for a change. The apartment suited my needs & the swimming pool & small gym were added bonuses. The bedrooms were a good size however the living area is a tad small connecting to the basic kitchen. Communication was excellent & check-in was simple & easy with friendly security staff. Heavy roadworks are underway in the area so the water taxi with it's 20-30min ride into the center of Bangkok is a handy transport alternative. If you're looking for somewhere close to the airport with not many foreign tourists & a nice local vibe then Bangkapi is worth considering.

Great accommodation, very clean and safe environment. Walking distance to the mall Bang Kapi and the pier for the boats to avoid traffic.

The night view on the 32nd floor is really beautiful. The washing machine and microwave oven are also very convenient in the room. The community has an open-air swimming pool and gym. The traffic is quite convenient. It is very close to the airport line. There are several 711 nearby. I have to go hahahah many times a day. The landlord replys to the information. Quick, in short, the price is very high, recommended! !

My stay in the apartment was pleasant one. I used the nice, rather big and free entry swimming pool in the center of the apartment buildings. There is also a small gym. The Mall Bangkapi is very close, across the river and only five minutes walk. You can go there through back entrance from the Apartment buildings. At the Mall you can find anything you need (restaurants, shops, cinema, bank, printing service...). (I tried Mall food hall and SantaFe restaurant 👍)

I always stayed very comfortably and really love this place. But The LG washing machines in Living Nest Condominium always gave my clothes dust and dirty paste. I strongly recommend you go to laundromat WASCH LOFT on Ramkhamheang road. The machines work pretty good and rapid. The fees are mostly the same and you can finish washing and drying in one hour. You can find and walk there easily. Additionally you don't need laundry detergent.

I am a person, the room is very good, the only flaw is that there is no toothpaste to bring their own, there are 711 and familymarket near the neighborhood to buy things is very convenient, and the neighborhood is very close to the mall, walking only takes ten minutes, there is Very large shopping malls and supermarkets, luxury goods and skin care products are very comprehensive, the fourth floor of the mall is the theater of Thai bnk, so many people are very lively

The Condo Ideo New Rama9 is very close to the Airport link Sation, with a bike taxi for 30 baht away and it takes 5 minutes. You can also walk but this will take roundabout 20-25 minutes because of a big Intersection. There is a Foodland and a seven eleven close by, (less than 5 minutes walk). Laundry on the second floor and water refill too. It is very convenient. The Condo itself is very newly built and has an amazing pool, but it is most of the time cold in there. The Gym is nice and the library and loob too. For the price segment, I would totally recommend this apartment. The owner is not personally there for you but you can always text her and get immediately a response. Parking lot is also available. Also it is clean and like I said very new, every utensil you need is there, even a projector.

I stayed in the sister Hotel next to Hive 28, it was slightly more but super nice. Won't hesitate to stay again. Even hive 28 looked OK for the money. 7/11 on end of street. Plenty on street food in the area and short walk to massage. You can get a grab bike into town for around £3. Close to southern airport

Nice place for stay, clean and nice style inside the room, so close are the motorbike taxi so you can go everywhere really quick .. the local street food restaurant are also really close ( 1-3 minutes walking distance). Little bit loud from street but is okay it’s not on main road so not so much of cars or bikes Thanks
