Lovely place! It is about a 25 minute drive from Brussels, perfect if you have a car! The hosts were lovely, and were flexible with check-in and check-out times. The shower comes off the kitchen and is a small nook separated from the toilet. The toilet has its own little room that it is in. The sink is in the same nook as the kitchen. Very manageable, but if travelling with not so close friends showers and kitchen use might need to be coordinated. I highly recommend visiting Bruges, and Ghent while there. The hosts informed us of these two towns, and they did not disappoint! The place is absolutely huge, and lovely! Worth every penny!

Good reception and a helpful hostess with a lot of flexibility for check-in. Pleasant and spacious apartment with a good price / quality ratio in a quiet country setting. Curtains in the living room would be a plus for a more secure feeling, though overlooked by the location not really a problem. Located some 100 meters from a path along a beautiful waterway, the IJse, you, away from traffic, leads almost directly to a beautiful nature reserve, the Dead Bemde. Ideal for walkers and runners!

Excellent location for a city trip to Brussels and / or Leuven. Location is approx. 15 minutes from Brussels and is also perfect for a weekend / week relaxing in a natural environment. Apartment has excellent facilities and very welcoming landlords.

Doedie and Luke are great hosts and the accommodations are spacious and well appointed. We found the location excellent for visiting Brugges, Gent, Brussels and Luxembourg on day trips. Shops are within a few km's. Would highly recommend.

If you have a car and are 2 independent people, this is the place to be (if have no car, or have kids, it won't be that easy, public transport are ok, but not that close walking). However, great location, quiet, great park, easy access to highway, shops for groceries are close to drive by. Hosts are great, provided a great deal of details on how to handle the logistics. Even prepared an evening dinner in the fridge for our late arrival!!! Just awesome! Net-net, I look forward to go back again. Highly recommended.

Abigail did everything possible to make us feel welcome and at home. As I was local and we requested a long-term arrangement, she invited me over for a drink to work out the details before arrival and gave me a nice tour. She is efficient, very friendly and open, but she completely respected our privacy and left it to us to ask for help if needed, which was exactly what we had requested. I can't think of a better host!

I spend four nights at this nice cosy place and could perfectly relax and enjoy the beautiful park, which is directly in front of the house. Comfort of the accommodation is very high and I felt always relaxed when I came home from business. Thanks so much for the nice stay!

I stayed for 2 months in Abigail's house and it was one of my best stays ever booked via airbnb. The house is right next to the park in a quiet street, yet Carrefour is 10min walk, Tervuren centre - a few kilometers away across the park, Brussels is easy to reach by car. The house is clean, bright and has everything you may need for both short and longer stay. Abigail and her husband are very friendly and helpful hosts - I felt like home throughout the whole stay and they really took good care of me.

Abigail and her husband are the nicest hosts we could have imagined. They went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. The guest house is spacious, bright, and comfortable. It is located near a very nice park where we enjoying walking and picnicking. My wife was working at the museum archives and this location was easily walkable. This studio was the perfect place to retreat after a day of work.

If you enjoy art, beautiful gardens and elegant surroundings you will love Abigail’s pied-à-terre. Located in a select neighbourhood of designer homes with mature landscaping, there is easy access to all you require for a wonderful holiday, including a well-stocked Carrefour. We had an appointment in Brussels, which is very easily accessible. The open plan cottage is flooded with natural light due to the high windows and lofty ceiling. The interior has been attractively decorated with attention to detail and quality furnishings. (The television resolution is crystal clear; something not found in other bnb’s!) You could spend a très agréable afternoon on the sunny terrace with drinks and your sketchbook, or, if you crave activity, there is an excellent park adjacent. (When we next stay, my husband vows to bring his running shoes, as he enjoys a good 10k.) Abigail was a friendly, kind and attentive host who couldn’t have been more helpful when we developed trouble with our car. We highly recommend her charming home to everyone!

Charming, extremely helpful owner of an attractive detached house located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Brussels. Easy street parking, public transport at the end of the road and an excellent Del Haize supermarket close by. Only five minutes on foot from a huge forest area with endless walks in the fresh air. The studio itself is clean, comfortable and very well equipped for one person or a couple who like to have their own bathroom, kitchen and access to the building. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Pascale was, and his family, very kind. We immediately were confident. The studio is well furnished and enjoyable. With a separate entrance, it offers all the autonomy we needed to go out and about in Brussels without disturbing. The neighborhood is very quiet and not far from there, on the main road, there are all the necessary shops and hypermarkets. We will keep a fond memory of it!

Pascale puts in a lot of effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The mini apartment has all the amenities - anything else - just ask. Private entrance and parking in front. Location is very good - at the end of the street are several shops that offer excellent, restaurant quality meals that you can heat in your microwave. As well as breakfast and lunch products. Good cooking and eating environment at the apartment. Also a good selection of excellent restaurants. Best to have a car here, especially if you wish to explore this region - don't miss Brussels and Antwerp. Pascale is a fine host - be sure to put this location at the top of your list if you are looking for a nice apartment outside Brussels.

This is one of my best experiences Airbnb! I arrived quite late at 11:30 p.m. ET Segers I was immediately put at ease. I had a very warm welcome, she took care to explain everything that could be useful to me in the room. This room and the nearby bathrooms were very clean with lots of little hands reach for objects (slipper, tissues, water bottles, etc.). Although I spent a very good night (very comfortable bed), I was sick in the morning (food poisoning). I went down to the dining room and Segers had prepared me a real breakfast with orange juice, fried eggs, coffee, etc. I could not swallow one piece but it was super good air ... I tried to return to Brussels but due to a big event (SeaFood), no taxi or Uber would pick me ... Segers was immediately offered to drop me off at more than 40 minutes from his house. Imagine the rush hour in the morning on the Ring ... And the return was completely clogged. In short, I had a great time in Segers. It's a formidable woman ;-)

We were very well received, the host was there the slightest problems. We have been against small hygiene concerns, mainly bedding and showers / sinks / toilets.

Willy and his Wife are simply wonderfull people that allways care about her guests but let them the space they need. The confortable house is in a nice countryside space and got all you need for a quiet and relaxing stay.

My colleague and I felt welcome right away. The fact that we wanted to sleep in twin beds was no problem. We got ourselves two nice rooms. It is very quiet and in one room there is a wonderful view of the garden and the fields behind the house. The morning breakfast was provided with pleasure. We greatly appreciated me win peace and privacy at our breakfast. Thanks!

The host made us feel at hime from the moment we arrived. The location is in an absolutely beautiful town from which we found it very easy to commute to both Leuven and Bruxelles by both car and bus. The beds were very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Willy and Jurate gave us all the directions and advice we needed and also served us a wonderful breakfast on the morning we were leaving. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone, especially to students coming to Leuven such as myself.

The hosts are very nice and did everything to make me feel at home and make me the meaning, nothing is too much. I was welcomed like I was family. As a base for my work in the south-east of Brussels, this was a great location for me. It was a question of finding a convenient route during the always very busy morning and evening around Brussels, but otherwise it is ideal. A quiet location, spacious room and high speed Internet. Access to shared bathroom and kitchen are also fine to settle. And the car may even be in the garage. I'll definitely be back here!

I had a great stay. It was all really comfortable and the room was nice, clean and warm. They were nice enough to offer me breakfast to which i couldn't make use of. The hosts are wonderful people too.

Diane was very welcoming, always available when needed and is always assured that nothing is missing. Cleanliness and hygiene of housing is impeccable and I enjoyed the quiet and central location at a time.

It's a very comfortable house, in a quiet location. There was no wi-fi in the room I had, although it could be used on the lower floors in the house. Also, be aware it is quite a long walk to La Hulpe - no public transport nearby. Diane is a welcoming host and makes you feel at home.

Candice is a friendly person, proved available and knew we gave the necessary information for a pleasant stay (restaurant suggestions, supermarkets around with addresses, tips for public transport to travel to Brussels ...) . The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood next to Brussels, very comfortable and well equipped (oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, towels ...).

Candice's place reminds me of a nice boutique hotel suite. It is so quiet, clean and comfortable, but also cozy with enough space to sleep four comfortably. We liked not being in the traffic of Brussels and in a suburban neighbourhood with its charming local restaurants and shops. It has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay and a great value. An exceptional and gracious hosts ... Time stands still in this little cocoon of happiness, lake view is gorgeous, comfortable and tastefully decorated space you can enjoy the jacuzzi (the top of the top) for a sweet interlude 2. The breakfast was delicious (local produce and home) and baudoin thought of the small details that we lacked nothing, you can go there with your eyes closed! This is truly a unique place. The pavilion and its terraces are brilliantly designed to give the impression that one is in the bank. luxurious finish. Caution: After a weekend without a care in the spa bath, the withdrawal symptoms are terrible!

Friendly and bright tour / instruction. Breakfast ready in the refrigerator. More than enough coffee pads. Everything is there, though it's small house. Jacuzzi particularly clean, fully functional and warm. Direct wifi available. Clean. We have particularly enjoyed.
