Our house, flooded with light, is in the best location in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes north of Berlin by car. By public transport, you can reach your destination from the HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling , swimming in the neighbouring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bikes are available for 10 euros / day and bike.

A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.
