Tegelijk zit je verrassend centraal: binnen 7 minuten loop je naar de bushalte, vanwaar je in 5 minuten op Strijp-S en in 10 minuten in het centrum of Eindhoven Airport bent. Er zijn ook fietsen beschikbaar om de omgeving te verkennen.

Monumentaal loft centraal maar toch rustig gelegen tussen vele terrasjes, winkels en restaurants in de fraaie historische binnenstad van Roermond. Het station, de jachthavens en de outlet zijn op loopafstand bereikbaar. Vanaf 12 uur kan worden ingecheckt en er kan vanaf 9.00 uur ontbeten worden op het Munsterplein.
