Central and modern basement apartment of 50 sqm built in 2022 rented in central Kungshamn. 2 rooms and kitchen, with its own laundry room and patio. Double bed 180cm in bedroom as well as sofa bed in living room provides a total of 4 beds. Kitchen with fridge/freezer oven/micro and dishwasher. Quietly located with about 300m to the nearest swimming area and restaurant. Walk of about 4 minutes to ICA and the harbor where the Zita boats depart for Smögen. About 5 minutes walk to Kungshamn's nice exercise loop with associated outdoor gym and obstacle course for the children

Apartment with sea view, balcony & 75 meters to the swimming area

Newly renovated apartment on the second floor with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 m from the ocean and the fishing entrance's popular swimming area. Our house is located in a quiet street and it is only 1,5 km down to the center of Kungshamn where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance, described in the guidebook. Ps…final cleaning is not included and parking is about 100m from the property. Bed sheets and towels and towels are included.

Apartment close to the sea & swimming on Fisketangen at Smögen

Enjoy all year in unique picturesque setting. Quiet walkable area with accommodation close to the sea about 100 meters to swimming. Downtown with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health centre, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or take Pick-nick at Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy the distance of the boats passing by the Sea E6. The silence prevails in the evening, but desired nightlife take a taxi boat from the city center straight up at Smögenbryggan with seething folk life in summer and quietness in winter time.

Dream location in Smögen, balcony, parking space and wi-fi

Rent our newly-built apartment at cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 m from the jetty is our 3rd with many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are available in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is available under the house with elevator up to apt. No pets, no smoking and no "party bed". Age limit 30 years.

Small but well planned appartment perfect for two people. Just one room but it is devided in two parts. One with a big bed 140 cm wide, a smartTV, and some storage and readinglamps. The other part is a kitchen with one small inductionplatter, a coffebrewer, a kettle, a fridge and a sink. Everything for normal cooking such as cuttlery, pan and potts, plates, knifes, glass all sorts etc etc. Yoy may also use a big fryingpan made for outdoor use on your balcony. Big bathroom with toilet, shower.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.
