The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

The Serlesbahnen lifts are just a few minutes' walk away and offer access to an enchanting ski area in winter. A free ski bus takes you to the Stubai Glacier.

The Schlickerbach crosses Fulpmes from north to south and passes our house in the center with a soothing sound. We offer a quiet and sunny location in the center of Fulpmes: train station, bus, local amenities, cafes, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance.
