On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a living room with access to the terrace and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Sleeping in the Adlerhorst: A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds. The glazed gallery offers on the one hand connecting views of the living area and on the other hand also a homely retreat and resting place.

In the picturesque heart of the Alps, just a few minutes' walk from the Serles lifts, a charming house with a large private garden awaits you. In winter, the surrounding area is transformed into a snow-covered wonderland, perfect for keen skiers and snowboarders. But this chalet also has plenty to offer in summer. Just a few minutes' walk from your front door, the summer fun begins on the exciting summer toboggan run, which delights young and old alike.

The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
