Gilbertsville is one of only two New York villages which are included in the National Historical Register in their entirety. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in a historic 1820s building, which has housed numerous businesses through the years, including a bank and grocery. At one time, it was the print shop that published The Otsego Journal and was formerly the home of Tarot Designing and Printing. The Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of the Print Shop. Nestled in this quaint 200-year-old village, it is next to the historic mansion, The Majors Inn, and across from The Value Way Country Store and the studios of various craftspeople and artists. The Bed and Breakfast acquired its name from the 1852 Signature Quilt which is featured along with other antique and contemporary quilts from the Butternut Valley. Our clean, comfortable, and convenient facilities will appeal to those visiting the Gilbertsville area, as well as those interested in quilts and Central New York Leatherstocking history. We will provide a selection of breakfast foods for you to choose from to create your own breakfast. Whether you stay one night or several, you will have a delicious variety of cereals, pancake/waffle mix, english muffins and eggs to eat. There is a delicious bakery across the street. Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Cozy town house apartment located right in the middle of town. Just 10 minutes from the Unadilla Motocross track in New Berlin NY. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

This home is a beautiful mix of cozy and modern. You’ll love cooking in the kitchen and taking in the view from the second story deck. The property is stunning, with wide meadows and dense woods. There are 140 acres to explore and utilize for events like weddings or a retreats. There is a half acre pond with a pond house at the top of the property and a trout stream running along the bottom. It’s everything you could hope for in a Catskills getaway, all nestled overlooking the town of Andes.

Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.
