Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Es erwartet Sie eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Bad und Wohnbereich auf 55 qm im 1. OG. Die Wohnung verfügt über Vollausstattung incl. W-Lan und ist komplett eingerichtet. Bettwäsche steht zur Verfügung, Set Bettbezüge (10,- €) und Set Handtücher (10,- €) werden auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein PKW-Stellplatz gehört zur Wohnung. Der Hafen von Kirchdorf sowie die umliegende Gastronomie ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch.

Poel Island, overlooking the Baltic Sea

The island of Poel is the youngest Baltic Sea resort in Germany. Our house "Poeler Mother Goose" is located in the middle of the nature reserve overlooking the Baltic Sea and the opposite skyline of Wismar. Especially in the off-season, we can enjoy the natural spectacle of migratory and breeding birds directly from our terrace. It is 800 meters to the natural beach, and all other beaches are accessible by bike. The island is perfect for families and nature lovers.

The one-room apartment is located under a rustic Finnish hut and is 300 meters from the Kirchsee (Baltic Sea). From the window front you look directly into a lush garden with old trees and flowers. A species-rich bird world, various butterfly species, deer, hares and passing ships make the stay a real nature experience on this magical island. Beautiful sandy beaches are 20 minutes away by bike. Note: Racists and sexists are not welcome!

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
