Our carriage house is across the street from the beach and on a private dead-end road in Seagrove. Public beach access is a 5-minute walk. We live in the main house and renovated our carriage house for guests to enjoy our secluded yet convenient location. Your balcony enjoys views of the Pt. Washington State Forest. You have a private entrance, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and 2 cruiser bikes. This is the perfect couple's escape with luxurious accommodations.

Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during Spring Break/Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
