Perfect apartment for our family ski vacation. It had everything we needed and very close to the ski slopes. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Because we were by car, we could easily reach different ski lifts and / or areas. We had a great time skiing, walking, sleighing and riding a motorbike. Reached many peaks and enjoyed beautiful views. The cottage was very cozy and we were fine with cooking etc. Also nice that there was Netflix .... We can highly recommend the house and Eleonora is very hospitable and communicates well!

Very nice apartment with a huge window to the mountain and a lot of space to hang out. We went to ski and every mountain on the Cortina resort was just a short drive away. We loved our stay and Elanora was very attentive.

We could not have made a better choice in returning to being hosted by Eleonora and Fabio (and Sole!). Exemplary hospitality from every point of view and the apartment is nothing short of beautiful. The only "against" is that you don't want to leave anymore !!

We had a lovely stay in Eleonora’s flat. This a wonderful and very homely place with character. Highly recommended!

The host was very enthusiastic. We arrived a little late and found that the heating in one of the bedrooms was not hot. After contacting the host, I ran over to fix it. Stayed for two days in a row, the host gave us a discount the next day and was very happy.

Patrizia's place was beautiful! We stayed an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. It's a spacious, comfy, rustic place nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are full equipped and there is a private parking available if you rent a car (which I recomend). The house is chilly since the temp stays at 20 Celsius and to turn on the heater, its extra. We found a warm blanket and managed fine at night but we did have to wear warm socks and sweaters around the house, besides this detail, everything was lovely.

Walking distance to town, New house adapted for 4 people. Wanderful views from the rooms. They pick us up in the bus, and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Patty’s place was perfect to visit the beautiful spots in Cortina d’Ampezzo! It may be a little outside the center; it is still manageable. The view from her place was breathtaking. Her kitchen was also complete with all you need from utensils to even condiments (salt, pepper, oil)! She even answered my late night call when we can’t figure out our itinerary the next day. We loved the place with its typical alpine wooden panelling and charm. It was super clean and well equipped. The location was excellent for exploring the Dolomites.

Ario's apartment is well located for exploring the surroundings of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Although we arrived later than originally planned due to traffic (traffic jam), Ario arranged for us to easily get into the apartment. This one was clean and well equipped. A parking space in the basement allows you to park your car. There is a small terrace where we could have breakfast and dinner with a view of the mountains. In two words, we recommend.

Ario’s place is great for 2 people with all necessary amenities. Despite other apartments around it stays relaxed and quiet. The place is perfectly located for outdoor activities starting immediately outside the door.

Such a cozy apartment! Wonderful to enjoy the views over the mountains from the terrace. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with direct access to the garden. It is very convenient to sit outside and enjoy the amazing views over the garden and mountains. We had both our breakfast and dinner outside. There is a grocery store nearby (around 5-10 min walk). The apartment feels cozy and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We cooked breakfast and dinner. The apartment is served by a garage which is very convenient if you have a car. We did some great hikes in the region. You can hike up to Rif Scotter and leave the car at home. It is around 1,30 h from the apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Just returned from a short stay in this property. It's a small comfortable house with everything you need to have a good stay. It's located near the centre of San Vito di Cadore and 10 minutes from Cortina d'Ampezzo. It is served by a garage that is very convenient during the winter time. I recommend it to anyone

We were very good, very welcoming place (the photos do not make the atmosphere in this beautiful apartment enough.) Even the sofa bed that was beyond the double bed contrary to expectations was very comfortable). You arrive in no time at the village and the ski facilities are not very far from the house and can be reached on foot. ..... Sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Das Dorf ist in approx. 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und auch die Skilifte befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Hat alles gut geklappt, absolut empfehlenswert!

It was very good experience. We arrived late, but it is not a problem, because it is self checkin. House is very cosy and convenient. There was everything we need. Very good location and very convenient garage. So it is great variant for travelers with car.

Barbara's place is 20 minutes walk from the San Vito di Cadore bus stop. It's a very clean and cozy apartment with a wonderful view of the mountains. I would love to book it every time I am in dolomites. :)

Lovely house. Classic wood style, perfectly fit for 4 people. Various cooking tools, main spices were there(just sugar, salt and oil) Wonderful view. If you have a car, it would be muuuch wonderful to travel. But sadly, wifi is bit slow and it doesn’t work well so prepare for that!

Alessandra's place is full of charm and very comfortable only a few minutes walk from the shops of San Vito di Cadore as well as the button lift that takes you to the ski area. It was an ideal base for two families to explore the delights of San Vito and Cortina. The ski school in San Vito is excellent. Two of the children in our party were beginners and happily spent their mornings in ski school and their afternoons in Parco NeveSole... bliss! More expert skiers have a 15 minute drive to Cortina which never felt like a problem. The apartment has everything you need, and the host provided lots of breakfast nibbles which was a nice touch. Sadly there was no snow on the ground the week we were there otherwise I can imagine the kids would have spent many many happy hours playing in the large garden. Highly recommended!

I really like the place it was a pleasure to stay in the house very cozy amazing Fireplace cozy rooms lot of art best view possible on the mountain was very easy to communicate everything was perfect Except for the fact that we had to pay for the gas extra and was €50 for 3 night. The reception of Mrs. Valeria was thoughtful and efficient; impeccable cleanliness; the view of the mountains from the gorgeous lounge. Absolutely recommendable.

Our family of 7 adults had a lovely stay at Alessandra’s place. There was more than enough room for all of us. The place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed - breakfast supplies, good WiFi, kitchen necessities, etc. Fireplace was a really nice touch. The location is amazing - views from all windows are spectacular, and it’s just a short walk into town. It was also a quick drive to Cortina. It was super easy to communicate with Alessandra. Her friend Mrs Valeria welcomed us upon arrival and made sure we settled in ok. Can’t wait to come back again!

Our family of four had a magical stay in Serdes. The quiet village, incredible view, cosy Mansarda and wonderful hosts made our stay unforgettable! We easily found food to cook or places to dine out. Drinks at the Black Roses bar are a must. Very close to all the climbing, hiking and via Ferrata while set in a an authentic village with locals rather than tourists. We wish we could have extended our stay. Grazie Mille Carmen and Ernesto.

The appartment was perfect, with beautiful view on mountains and forest. It is well situated south of Cortina d’Ampezzo, near many hicking trails. It is spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The area is calm and relaxing. Carmen made sure that we had everything needed for breakfast. Carmen & Ernesto sono ospiti premuroso chi assicurare che tutto è perfetto. Our stay was very nice and we highly recommand their appartment.

Super Vacation!

We drove from Slovenia in the past, there may be some problems when navigating, google can not find the specific location of the room, but Carmen sent me a message suggesting that I first google the place name, to the town near the google small place name, her husband Also riding a bicycle to pick us up. When you reach it, you will feel very open, and for those who live in the city all the year round, the experience of living here is really great, and the whole family likes it. The two cats are very cute, and the dog zoe of the host friend is also super. Enjoy your holiday~ For the Chinese, it is necessary to pay attention to the garbage classification. I communicate with the landlord several times because it is not very classified.

Although, we have not met Massimo face to face (he was always online), it was not even needed. Everything was prepared, the place was clean, a local lady gave us detailed instructions. Massimo's place is not the fanciest or the roomiest on Airbnb but it has everything you really need. The apartment's location is superb if you prefer a calm neighborhood. Overall we had a really good time there.

Loved Massimo's home. In an amazing location a few hundred metres from centre but far enough out of town to be really peaceful. Furniture isn't modern but that was entirely in keeping with place and added to its charm. Was a small space but perfectly adequate for 2 adults and our 8 year old. Fantastic view of Mount Antalao from balcony. Massimo very thoughtfully left us pasta, sauce and other bits so we could prepare a meal on arrival without needing to shop straight away. Easy parking on site. Good supermarket, reasonably priced, a walk away. Our son loved the nearby playground. Everything in town within walking distance. If you're a runner there's a flattish traffic free path all the way to Cortina - 12km. Or for lung busting hill take the turning off the path up to refugio san Marco and back down via refugio scotter. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay Massimo

Massimo is a very nice and helpful host. Its rental is very well arranged, and very well located. She is very comfortable. The shops are very close, and hiking can start at the doorstep.

Great Place in absolutely charming village of San Vito! The best part that it is a new business line of the family that owns and operates the best hotel in San Vito so you can enjoy all the perks of being a guest of the main property and yet have your private home on the slopes of magnificent mountains.

Marco is an exceptional host, present and very attentive to our well being and comfort. He also advised us about the area and restaurants. His accommodation is perfect! Large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, the stay well arranged and arranged. We were conquered! Do not hesitate! You are 12min from cortina and we rented a car to go to tre tre, cinque torri, cascades of tops, lago di braies and lago di sorapis. the apartment is very nice and comfortable. perfect as a base for curtain skiing, but you need a car. the center of san vito is 1.5 km away. there are various restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket and also an organic shop. we had a great time and we will definitely be back!

The renovation of this apartment is a success! The equipment is complete and functional. The cleanliness is impeccable. The exceptional panorama and the relevant location are other assets of this accommodation. In fact, we only have one criticism and this is the parking lot. It is a bit far and it would have been better to tell us where it was located. However, this last point did not affect the quality of our stay.

Alberto is a great and helpful host, lovely cosy flat in central location. Recommended.

I only stayed 3 days in Alberto's apartment and I didn't want to leave anymore! From the beginning I had an excellent understanding with Alberto, in fact he proved to be a super helpful person and he immediately helped me to orient myself and advise me on the spot! Upon arrival everything was in order and clean, the bathroom to say the least comfortable, parquet flooring, mega TV in the living room but above all a large terrace with a truly beautiful mountain view. One thing in particular struck me about the apartment and it is the attention to some details that have not changed my holiday but I appreciated it very much and for this I congratulate Alberto.

Alberto’s place is lovely. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, the apartment is a good size with a beautiful terrace. The bathroom is new. Alberto could not have been more helpful with recommendations & checking in to make sure we were having a good stay. We were 3 friends who were skiing in nearby Cortina - just 10/15 mins by car. I can recommend Alberto’s place to anyone visiting the stunning Dolomites.

Alberto's apartment is really cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, especially we were pleasantly surprised by the presence of so many kitchen utensils. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the large terrace and the truly strategic position. Cortina can be reached very quickly as well as Borca di Cadore. We stayed for New Year's week, we had a good time, even if from the photos it seemed slightly bigger! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from kitchen utensils and condiments, to clean sheets and towels. The only thing that is a little uncomfortable is the garage, for those with small children, since you have to cross the highway to access it and it is sometimes dangerous. The rest was all excellent, even communication with Giulia was fast and helped us find what we needed, also allowing us to slightly postpone the check-out which, with the children, proved to be very convenient! Thanks so much for everything to the hosts!

Nicely furnished apartment in San Vito. Is located directly on a relatively busy street, was no problem for us, since the windows anyway were mostly closed due to the cold. Check in without problems, well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended. (small detail: little / no German-language program in the tv)

Vito di Cadore is a great alternative to visit the beautiful but expensive to stay Cortina. The appartment is a short 11 km from the centre of Cortina. Lovely place and great scenery. Marco's place is best for 4 travellers. Well equipped kitchen. Was a great choice for our holiday.

Nice apartment. Very nice, almost new bathrooms as well as the kitchen equipment. Nice apartment to live in and very well located. No car noise and height from where the advantage of the release. Which is huge; on the other hand the apartment is not so big as one might think. Between 55 to 60 m2 I think. The rooms are dark because they overlook a very dark and very narrow street. As for the value for money I do not realize the prices in the region. Cheap cheap? To be compared. Nevertheless we had a very good week, we congratulated ourselves for having chosen San Vito rather than Cortina (too big). Monica was impeccable for communication and efficient for arrival / departure / key management. So overall I recommend this apartment.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building. It is very clean and very well kept. Inside we found everything that could serve us and even more. In summer the house is very cool, and even on very hot days you are fine. Parking is very convenient and close to the entrance. The area is very quiet and close to the center of San Vito, too bad that the road to the center is a bit steep.

As a mountain lover, the towering mountain peaks right above the town of San Vito was what made the stay so memorable and atmospheric. The nearby town of Cortina (20mins by car) offers everything in terms of restaurants, shopping and amenities. The apartment itself is right behind the main street of San Vito yet very quiet, with great views from both balconies - we spent a lot of time out there drinking tea and looking out at the amazing mountains. There is a large supermarket right behind the apartment which was very convenient. The Apartment was spotless and clean. We prepared several of our own meals in the small but well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and communication with Sandra was excellent. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were visiting the area with our 7 week old, my parents, and a friend. This apartment was perfect for our whole group! Be advised it’s in the top floor with no lift, but the views were well worth it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were able to easy cook meals, but there were plenty of places within walking distance as well. Grocery store (Coop) is across the street, as well as a large park and paved walking/bike trail. Sandra made checking in/out very easy and was quick to respond. Highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable apartment, great for a group and families!

The apartment is in the middle of the town of San Vito di Cadore. Close to Cortina and the spectacular places of the Eastern Dolomites. The apartment was very comfortable with 3 separate sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is one more bed for 2 people in the sitting room. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We felt extremely well in the Pelmo apartment, it is brand new and very well furnished. The equipment is wide and perfect for the holidays, everything is there. The stay was fabulous. Ms Jole is a delightful host, discreet and very sweet. The apartment is in a wonderful location, with stunning views over the Pelmo and Antelao mountains, just 10 minutes' walk from the center of San Vito di Cadore and, despite this, very quiet. It was exceptionally clean and the rooms comfortable and equipped with every comfort. Access to the garden is priceless. Everything corresponds in every detail to the information published in the ad. I will return very happy!

Everything was perfect. The flat is very nice, clean, big (4 persons) with balcony and good view. Close to centre of San Vito (7 min by walk), Cortina is 15 min by car. Faloria/Cristallo 25 min by car. The best place for skiing. Michel is very friendly and help you. Don't afraid to come ...., I can recommend this place.

The apartment is brand new and well maintained, the location is fantastic with an amazing view on the Dolimites. Town center is 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking. Sky slopes 6/7 minutes by car. All in all an excellent staying.

Michel's apartment was excellent. Large, clean and with great bathrooms and a great kitchen. The apartment has obviously been very recently refurbished so everything was brand new, which made the stay excellent.

Great location in the village, walking distance to everything that you need. 10 min drive away from Cortina D'ampezzo. Good sized apartment and very clean.

We were an extended family of six, with children ages 3 and 6. This was an ideal location and configuration. A shaded park across the street, grocery store next door, and amazing bakery downstairs. There is a bus station about a 5 minute walk away, and the views from the porch are fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this accomodation, the location is very good and is right above a bakery and next to a supermarket. There are restaurants near by, and it's just 15 minute drive from Cortina d'Ampezzo. Andrea's wife was very hospitable, the apartment was clean and recommended from our end :)

This was a very good place to stay. It is in an easy to find convenient location with a supermarket right next door and a park across the street. The place is very good and it was very clean. check in was easy as the owners have a bakery in the bottom of the building. The bakery is fantastic, one of the best i have ever seen and the owners kindly gave us a bakery gift upon departure.

Accommodation in the center of San Vito convenient and functional. Sandra is a kind guest always available. Recommended

Excellent hosting, Sandra was online always even for small details. Had no problem with finding location. I stayed for 2 weeks my son attended a soccer camp in Cortina and was very comfortable for me to drive him there. For me it is very important when everything is super clean and this apartment definitely was above my expectations

Lovely spotless mountain lodge. Nice mountain style decoration. Perfect facilities for 6 persons with 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and fresh sheets and towels. 5min drive to San Vito di Cadore and nearest grocery store and about 15min drive to Cortina d’Ampezzo. Alessandro answered our questions immidiately and had arranged someone to make sure we find the house. Perfect mountain getaway!

Great winter holidays!

The house is in a quiet location outside San Vito. it is very cozy and the three of us had lots of space. We stayed for a week of skiing in Cortina, which was conveniently reachable in 15 min max. San Vito itself has all the amenities you would expect - supermarket, bakeries, and restaurants. Familiy and friends of Alessandro live around the corner creating a welcoming atmosphere and were always able to help, when he is not on site.

Thanks to Alessandro for the welcome and accommodation in San Vito! Everything was perfect, we could enjoy the Dolomites and let them discover our French friends! The house is spacious and very comfortable and the location in the village is perfect for the tranquility and the landscape.

Spend four days in a place so welcoming that you feel at home. Quiet and reserved place, ideal also for those who bring animals with them and want to take walks.
