We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

In the vicinity are good shopping facilities an indoor thermal bath with sauna, fitness and wellness. A series of hiking and cycling trails. The historic old town of Wetzlar with its half-timbered houses, the cathedral and many attractions. You'll love my place because of the views, high ceilings, the location, the surroundings and the friendliness of the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 sqm) in the Weilburg district Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a parking space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping facilities are very good as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video door intercom. Due to its central location, all shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The train station is 3 minutes away by foot.

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The holiday home is located on the site of the former Maria mine right on the edge of the forest. The Silberhaus is newly renovated and lovingly furnished in 2020. Due to the high quality equipment and some extras such as infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our holiday home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.

I offer a nice, comfortably equipped and quietly located in-law for rent. It is equipped with roller shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofabed 2 person bed serve as a sleeping place. A table and 5 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini kitchen, sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor and much more are available. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washer-dryer.

Our beautiful & cozy bright basement apartment of 80 m² with a 12 m² terrace is located in a 3rd family house. A little shabby chic and French furnishings. I rent this unique apartment in the yard of a historic mill. (Be sure to check out my new apartment 'In the horse stable' too ) The barn loft is under the roof of the former barn. It consists of kitchen-living room, bedroom and one bathroom. You can reach the room via several stairs. Pure nature, with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and geese and all that naturally blends with it.
