Am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes in Bad Schwartau am Ende einer "Sackgasse" liegt unser Haus mit der abgeschlossenen Wohnung im Erd- und Obergeschoss in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. Apartment 5, located on the garden side, sleeps 5 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

Experience comfort in this cozy Nordic-style apartment, offering 36–38 m² of thoughtfully designed living space. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a welcoming living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity: 4 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Our friendly and brightly furnished apartment is located in the middle of our agricultural farm in an outbuilding. It consists of a living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen and a counter for cooking together or an extensive breakfast. The couch in the living room is an extra sofa bed. A fireplace is available for cozy evenings together. There is a shower in the bathroom and a washing machine is available.
