Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Bündner Bergen. In summer hikes around the mountains, bathing in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain bike enthusiasts are also taken care of, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes await you in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area and a cross-country ski run is also located directly in the village.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Runloda farmhouse (1500 masl), located in a beautiful area of larches, is 4 km from Campo Blenio, reachable by car. The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2021. There is an attic (with 3 beds), a living floor with kitchen, dishwasher and a bunk bed, on the lower floor shower, toilet, washer and dryer. The farmhouse is heated by pellets. No smoking and no pets allowed. Tourist tax not included

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).
