This was my second visit to Fadri's place. As per the first experience, everything was perfect including the quietness, amenities, sofabed, cleanliness, accessibility by local train (RhB) and excellent value for money. One thing to be mindful of is that the village church do their bells each and every morning at 6am. This was not a problem for me as I was up early to go exploring. Highly recommend and will stay here again next time I am in this part of Switzerland.

Fadri‘s studio is very neat and clean and has everything one needs. The communication was swift and cordial, he answered all our questions quickly and cordially. Price-wise we found it to also be very good value. Highly recommended

Simple studio in Susch, a few minutes' walk from the train station. Functionally furnished with everything you need for a few days in the mountains. Very clean. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Fadri and his family were very nice and helpful. We would love to come back.

The communication with Fadri was very good and his wife Annatina welcomed us warmly and showed us the small but nice studio. The decor is very nice, practical and squeaky clean. The house with the studio is just a few minutes walk from the center of Susch, located on a quiet hillside with great views of Susch. In the village it has a small grocery store and two restaurants, the next larger town is Zernez, which is easily accessible by car.

A very big, superclean and amazingly well equipped appartment. We enjoyed it a lot and plan to come again in Summer to use the nice balcony with mountain-view. Also the cross-country slopes, bakery, grocery store and train station (eg. to bigger skiing areas) within few minutes walk: perfect for train-travellers like us :) Thank you Steivan!

Perfect, large apartment in the authentic village of Lavin. Ideally set up for people who like to cook. Great kitchen with everything you need (groceries, spices, oil / vinegar, pans etc, steamer ...), pretty terrace, rain shower & jacuzzi bath. In town there are opportunities for sledging, ice skating, cross-country skiing and there is even a small beginner ski hill with an iron lift. A great thing even with children! Steivan is super nice, helpful and always answered quickly and friendly to our messages. Thank you for the nice week in the snow and gladly again!

Steivan has a very nice place in a quite Swiss village. Perfect to experience Swiss way of life.

David is an entertaining, thoughtful and engaged host. He converses freely in six languages including English. The room has thoughtful "accessories" including tea-making facilities, apples and sweets. He is fully present when you want to speak with him and gracefully withdrawn when you want privacy. It was wonderful to talk about life, professions, the local society and culture, and being a dog-owner over a lovely breakfast, prepared by David. One feels very much like a welcome guest and not simply a customer. His flat is in a small village with atmosphere, removed from the hubbub of St. Moritz etc. yet only a short driving distance away. It was a refreshing and warm experience.

Nils is a great host and super nice in contact. Kitchen and living room can be used together, which was very easy. A wonderful old Engadine house with partly well-preserved furniture from earlier times. You just feel comfortable in it. Would love to come back.

Nils and his family were phenomenal hosts! Their beautifully renovated house is conveniently close to the train station, has a truly tasteful interior and is very cozy. We had our own bathroom and could liberally use both the kitchen and the living room. Nils and his girlfriend made us feel most welcome and gave us a lot of great suggestions for what to do in the region. We would stay with them again anytime!

Angela was so quick to respond to all my questions. The shower was amazing with lots of hot water and a towel warmer. There is lots of space. Sleeping area is in a loft above. Great place close to the train station.

Great location within 7 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes if you hurry! Close to the cross country ski trails and the location where you can rent x-ski’s if needed. Good local food and gateway to the Swiss national park.

Cozy, practical, well located. We were in Zernez over New Years Eve and really enjoyed our stay in Angela's accommodation.

The stay in Zernez was great. We were able to relax wonderfully and the main reason for this was the beautiful and very clean apartment. We felt very comfortable. We really liked the division of the apartment into two floors with a spiral staircase. Perfect relaxation WKND in the mountains!

Maria's place is amazing! It's a great deal, everything you need for a comfortable stay in Susch for a fraction of the price of a hotel. She and her grandmother are wonderful hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Maria and granddaughter Melanie were very helpful at check-in and throughout my stay. Susch - as the name implies! - is a very quiet and quaint Swiss village but nonetheless well connected by railway, which are a delight in Switzerland. Maria's property is cozy with living area and small kitchen combined and a decent size double bedroom with lots of storage, and a bathroom with a nice really hot shower. It was an ideal and good-value solution for my last minute trip to the WEF at Davos where all hotels were booked, overpriced and no way near as "gemütlich"!

We enjoyed the comfortable, spacious apartment for two travelers, well organized and with plenty of storage space. The bedding is quality. The welcome of Maria Silvestri is irreproachable. We would be happy to book here next time. There is a grocery-bazaar-bread store nearby, very convenient. Do not forget to visit the village of Susch and especially the old part, very beautiful.

Marcela was very quick to answer and even offered to meet us at the train station. Since we weren't sure which train we would take, we declined and she kindly organized an easy way to get the keys. Her apartment was so cozy, nice, and conveniently located! We were warm, and happy. Highly recommended.

The apartment has very artistic impressions, cozy environment and even large enough for the group. And host is very kind and thouthful.

Unfortunately, it has only a mattress on the floor to sleep, would be better two separate beds (with bed frame). Otherwise the apartment is well furnished.

Not too much is promised on the description! The village is beautiful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, friendly service. Scuol is also nearby in 20 minutes by car :)

We really enjoyed our week at Maya. The house is located on the edge of the idyllic Engadine village Guarda with a wonderful view of the mountains. Highly recommended for a few quiet days!

The nicely furnished room is located at the very end of the beautiful village of Guarda. Maya welcomed us warmly and the cozy room with bathroom and balcony was very clean. The breakfast buffet for 15.- was small, but fine. All in all, we had a great stay and would stay at Maya again and again.

The stay at Ivonne's family was wonderful, a cozy home, wonderful hot pot and incredible view. She helped me a lot and it was a wonderful experience. She deserves maximum note for all the affection we had during our stay. The house is the same as the photos and close to sights in the region of Zernez, St Moritz and region.

Ivonne is really a great host. She was there for us at all times and looked after us very lovingly. My partner and I totally enjoyed the 2 nights with total peace, idyll and awesome views of the mountains. We will definitely be back :)

Wonderful place! A true winter wonderland.. amazing views and a very cozy place. Nothing better than waking up in the mountains with the unforgettable view of this place! I highly recommend it for people that want an amazing stay in the St Moritz/Zernez region. Make sure you plan for check in, because it is not very easy to find the place, specially during Winter, but the perfect view and cozy room more than compensates. Really wonderful place!!!

I would be fetched by car from Nuot at ZERNEZ station and received in a very friendly way !! the room and the whole interior is beautiful and artfully designed in detail !! I felt very comfortable, slept wonderfully and had a generous breakfast in the morning !!! It was just wonderful !!

The apartment in Guarda is a very cozy gem and much bigger than expected. It's all there, what you need, so it's easy to feel good from the first second. The communication with Rita was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the two nights in Guarda and would immediately book this apartment again because everything was just right. Many thanks to Rita and I miss the beautiful view of the Engadine mountains already :)

We really enjoyed the time at Rita's place which was very clean with lovely details. Guarda and the surrounding area is really worth the trip and we can recommend this accommodation.

The apartment with heatable stove in the room is located above the stable in an old Engadine house next to the church on the village square. It has a cozy, old kitchen with a round ceiling and a bedroom in an equally arched room. The third bed is in a tiny separate "room" in a stairwell. We traveled by public transport and made many beautiful walks in the area of Guarda and the National Park.

The accommodation of Rita is incredibly cozy and decorated with many lovely details. The apartment is in the middle of the village in a farmhouse, which has contributed to a sense of being at home. The immediate area is so beautiful that we took almost everything from the apartment on foot. And otherwise the bus stop is just around the corner. A wonderful place to stay. Nice, spacious room, sparkling clean bathroom and excellent breakfast. The B&B is close to the Zernez train station and is therefore perfectly accessible by public transport. Christiana was a wonderful hostess who was flexible regarding check-in and breakfast time, great! To contact me, I would recommend a phone call, as a question about Airbnb was not answered (quickly), but directly and clearly by phone. Highly recommended, we will probably come back again!

It was our second time there and we felt as comfortable and welcome as the first time.

A delightful, traditional yet so spacious place. A hidden gem in a gorgeous little village, only 30mn away from Klosters if you use the Vereina car transporter. And the hosts were simply perfect :)

In this very nice house you are well received and almost feel at home. The scent of the Swiss stone pine is very relaxing and soothing. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hopefully we will come again.

A pleasant stay in the centrally located studio, which was well equipped and sparkling clean. The reception and the interaction with my host, who lives in the same house, was warm and uncomplicated, the communication with Jaqueline was flawless and super fast. As a welcome, there were a few Schöggeli on the table. The guest card Zernez / Scuol was ready and I could look forward to Nespresso. Satellite TV and wifi available. Ideal starting point for cross-country skiing. Parking lots (free) of the community can be used, climbing stairs is required. Pack a few multi-plugs or extension cables as needed, as there are not so many outlets in the older house. See you next time!

Jaqueline was a super responsive host. Every time I sent her a message, she replied almost instantly. I had a little trouble communicating with her mother at the property but once I got Google Translate going on my phone, we were all good. Super fast internet and a nespresso machine to help get you going in the morning. Super clean, no-frills, centrally located in Zernez a 10 min walk from the train station. Will definitely be back!

Whether summer or winter vacation, Manuela and Domenic's apartment in Brail is perfect for exploring and enjoying both the Upper and Lower Engadine. Brail is also in a prime location for touring the Swiss National Park or the beautiful side valleys of the Engadine. The apartment is quaint and wonderfully cozy, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped (even including fondue and raclette equipment) - actually no wish remains unfulfilled. In addition, the warm hosts Manuela and Domenic! We really enjoyed our winter hiking holiday here and will definitely be back again, in every season!

Ideal starting point for the discovery of the Engadin Warm and comfortable

We stayed a week in this very nice and well maintained apartment. The accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail and you feel comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very clean and well heated. A parking space is available and a small patio invites you to enjoy the sun. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. In the apartment she has prepared a nice welcome sign and made everything that we felt comfortable. We can only recommend this property and would go there anytime.

A varied and interesting food and drink tour of Bordeaux! We visited some great bars and restaurants (and places we wouldn't have necessarily walked into ourselves) and had some great food and wine - Oysters, Prawns, Foie Gras, Caneles, Duck Breast, Cheeses. Alais knows her stuff and was great to ask for wine recommendations! I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get to know a little more about Bordeaux :)

We have fallen in love with Bordeaux. And it's the fault of Alais! She was our first guide and we had her for the second time for another activity. She is a warm, knowledgable and hardworking person. Easy to treat her as family. We will visit Bordeaux again and again. Bravo!

Alaïs was again, so amazing! Did her walking tour they day before and then again for the food and wine tour. She took us to some pretty cool places and was super knowledgeable about them, the wine, the food and Bordeaux in general. Highly recommend the tour to anyone!

Alais is a lovely person who really cares about the well-being and satisfaction of each of her clients. This tour of wine and gastronomy pleased my spouse and me and allowed us to meet vacationers from Japan and Australia. Great I recommend to everyone.

We had a great time with Alais, who is clearly very knowledgeable of Bordeaux, the wine region and the food. It was a joy learning from her and I would certainly recommend it! She was also very accommodating as we brought a 1 year old with us who was clearly ready for the tour end, so we were able to speed up the final portion.

This was an excellent evening culinary tour around the centre of BORDEAUX. Alaïs proved to be a wonderful and knowledgeable host, particularly in regard to the Bordeaux wine scene. She exudes a passion for the food and wine of the region and I would certainly consider similar tours with her, particularly In the wine areas of Bordeaux.

It was really a wonderful journey! We all enjoyed the staying and there was plenty hiking trails right from the tower! I warmly recommend this appartement and I would like to thank you Claudio for his hospitality and generosity.

We came to our room late at night, weary from traveling all day in Zurich. The house was close to the train station. The host was warm and welcoming. The home was cozy and clean and even nicer than the pictures. Even more important - amazing views. We couldn’t believe the scenery when we woke up and looked out the window the next morning!!! Tip: the pizzaria below it does not take a credit card (same as many other places in the town - be sure to ask in advance! - we are from America and are spoiled with that convenience and didn’t even think to ask first!) Overall: lovely place. Lovely host. Lovely location!

Nice stay in a beautiful landscape!

It's a magical place! Guarda remained authentic! Pete is a person who welcomes you with a smile and is listening to you. The rental was of high quality. It's really an address to remember!

I can warmly recommend Pete and Helen as hosts! The contact by mail, sms and telephone was simple, check in uncomplicated and warm, the decor perfect (we were upgraded to a cottage instead of the room). Guarda is definitely worth a visit and more charming than this place could not be!

Pure relaxation! The neat room we liked very much, the living room, with a beautiful view, to use and as a breakfast room, very nice! Shower / toilet for sole use was great! From Peter and Helen, as hosts, we were very well looked after and Guarda as a village is a real gem. We will be back!

the bedroom is me now a lot of wood but not kitschy decorated and the common living room is beautiful and you have from the balcony a magnificent view of the opposite mountain range.

A rare opportunity to enjoy holidays in an impressive monument. The historic furnishings and furnishings contribute significantly to the authentic atmosphere. The apartment is very spacious and simply perfectly equipped. Thanks to its proximity to the train station, the surrounding cross-country skiing and ski areas can be easily reached even without a car. In the immediate vicinity of the Plantaturm, Muzeum Susch has been inviting visitors since January 2019. We felt very welcome and comfortable in Susch and Tuor Planta. Do yourself a favor and book this one-of-a-kind historical apartment. It feels like a royal country retreat, in the quaint and quiet town of Susch. From Susch its easy to reach other Nearby towns by train or car. Time stands still as you soak up the fresh air and beautiful views in all directions. Plus, the hospitality of the host is considerable with well equipped and thoughtfully placed amenities throughout. We really enjoyed our unforgettable stay at this rare location.

The Tower is an historic building and as such it is a wonderful place. The apartment is equipped with everything that one needs, the kitchen may be old but extremely well equipped and functional. Everything was extremely clean. The welcome was very thoughtful and helpful which for a family is key. The garden space is fantastic, and the terrace is very spacious and well equipped for outside meals. Thank you Felix for this unforgettable stay!

What find! The apartment is not only very generous and welcoming, but equipped with many furniture and accessories from the past - would have to dispense with the modern comforts without. The location of the house is also great - you only hear the sound of the Inn. Susch itself is very ideal for excursions into the upper as well as the Unterengandin. The reception was very caring, and Felix provided us with lots of tips in advance.

We have spent a perfect week in the tower apartment in February. Fantastic weather with nothing but sunshine and excellent conditions for cross-country skiing in the Upper Engadin valley. There are excellent and frequent connections by train to all destinations in the area. In the village, there is a well-stocked local shop within walking distance. The description and pictures of the apartment are absolutely accurate. Quiet location in the old part of Susch. The flat is very spacious, good-quality historic furniture throughout and decorated with lots of antiques and oil paintings. Simple but well equipped kitchen and bath-room. Booking and communicating with Felix was swift and easy. Afterwards, Felix’s father was taking over to arrange the details and was present in Susch, even picking us up from the train station on arrival. In addition, the friendly caretaker lives in the same building should you need any help. Highly recommended if you appreciate spending your holidays in a spacious flat in a unique historic setting.

We expected a beautiful, clean and very comfortable apartment which is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is ideally located for example to explore the national park. The informative National Park Center is a 2-minute walk away and shops and restaurants are nearby. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet and sunny. Miriam is a great hostess who was super-informed in advance and arranged the check-in smoothly. We are always happy to come back! Cozy accommodation with great facilities in an ideal location - what more could you ask for?

I can only agree with the many previous positive reviews: chicke apartment with lots of wood and stone, top equipped. The bathroom a small dream, very good beds, shops to darken, nice balcony and a great kitchen, the cooking invites! Parking behind the house, bus stop in sight, shops within walking distance. The Inntalradweg only two corners away and the National Park a few minutes, perfect. And with a warm hostess that is uncomplicated and reliable, chapeau and merci!

Very quiet, yet close to the center and public transport connections. We were completely satisfied. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, clean and right at the train station. Particularly noteworthy are the two bathrooms and the uncomplicated check-in / check-out. I would recommend it to anyone immediately.

We went to Lukas and Eva for a weekend vacation and were a total of 8 adults + 2 children. The accommodation is super spacious and very nice for groups in size! It is furnished with great attention to detail, very clean and well equipped. After the very nice pictures we were all even surprised when we were in the apartment! The environment is also great, right in the mountains, here you can certainly make great tours, with us unfortunately the weather only halfway played;) But we'll be back!

Wonderful apartment, perfectly equipped, quiet and in the middle of the village. Guarda is incredibly homely, almost "cheesy". Nice walks directly from the apartment. Communication with Helen was very easy and super fast and Pete was the best host you could ask for.

If you want the perfect place to stay for a peaceful break, then you don’t need to look any further. The apartment is incredibly well equipped, very stylish and Guarda as a location is idyllic. We came for a bit of break & to do some walking & we weren’t disappointed with anything. We had a fabulous time & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Pete & Helen kept us well informed & checking in & out was very easy.

Our stay at Helen and Pete’s place in Guarda was absolutely spectacular. The newly renovated apartment is stunning, modern, spacious and more than fully equiped. The location is blissful, high in the valley, overlooking the small and incredibly charming village of Guarda. It is well connected through public transport to Scuol and is a great base to explore the Swiss National Park. With many hiking and cycling paths connecting the small villages, it is an amazing place to explore by bike or by foot. The hosts, Helen and Pete were super friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the local region, providing us with advice about hiking and biking trails and interesting valleys to explore or rivers to paddle. Peter was able to arrange and deliver rental mountain bikes to our door during our stay, which we found incredibly convenient. This is easily a 5 star Airbnb, and we highly recommend it to families or couples looking for a quiet or adventurous getaway in the mountains - secluded from the tourist crowds and surrounded by beautiful mountains on all sides.

24 hours in a fantastic place - absolutely idyllic place with lots of charm and a super hospitable team. Everything sparkling clean, great dinner offer and bombastic view.

A jewel in the mountains, away from the mainstream! A hotel in the middle of a freeride area, what more could you want as a passionate snowboarder. We already decided to stay another night upon arrival. The breathtaking view, the very friendly welcome and the quiet made our hearts beat faster for Pischa. We will definitely be back soon!

Tip for those looking for peace

We had wonderful days in Zernez and the top equipped apartment. From the breakfast table view of the cross-country ski run, family pool, ice rink and national park center less than 2 minutes away on foot! It was a great stay for the whole family, thank you! We would like to come again! Fam. Borner

A very special house, where you will feel comfortable and cozy.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful Engadine house. With children it was ideal, Schälleurslihaus practically next door and many activities, such as Schälleursliweg or Bärenweg with children are possible.

Chasa 49 is enchanting. You reach it through a narrow grassy lane. We loved its half-door, letting in light and air all day, yet keeping in the dog. The house is a stunning mix of 400-year-old beams and a beautiful modern renovation that honors and highlights its history. It was both cozy and comfortable for our family of seven. You'll find everything you need in the stylish new kitchen, even for traditional Swiss cooking like raclette or fondue. Everyone enjoyed the old wooden pass-through to the dining table. The new bathrooms are equally stylish and well-designed. Pete and Helen are the most welcoming, thoughtful and attentive hosts, generous with advice on everything local, and extremely helpful in a pinch! With hikes beginning right outside the door, we felt very lucky to spend a week in Guarda in spectacular weather and mountains. One of our most memorable airbnb stays yet!

We have just arrived with 4 adults, 2 children and 5 dogs from Guarda :) It was beautiful. A fairytale village and also the house. There was nothing missing, everything was there. The Engadin House Chasa 49 in Guarda is a perfect match between old/traditional and modern. While the entrance and the dining room feel like from a century long past the house has a modern kitchen and bathrooms. It’s beautifully made and also inviting to linger around, as it’s very cosy. It has all the equipment you need and is also very clean. Pete is a very attentive host and it’s always a pleasure to have a chat with him. Thank you for the very nice stay in Guarda!

It is a beautiful old, newly renovated house ideal for guests with dogs, as one of the very few Robidog in Guarda is right in front of the house. The check-in worked very well. The host was very friendly (an amusing conversation by the way) and also inquired during the stay if everything was ok. He is happy to provide information about hikes and the corresponding maps (incidentally, information about events in the vicinity) is at your free disposal in the house. We have enjoyed our stay.

We met a very friendly and courteous host team. We really liked the family and quiet atmosphere, as well as the newly renovated room with a view of the mountain panorama! The food also tasted great, the fondue is particularly recommended.

Perfect accommodation to switch off and enjoy peace and quiet. You can enjoy an incredible panorama of Pischa, the Sonnenberg from Davos. As expected at a 'Bergbeiz', the accommodation is relatively simple. However, the hosts mix this with a lot of creativity, innovation and attention to detail, and thus offer more luxury than expected. Only by gondola can you have many guests during the day, but in the evenings and mornings you can enjoy the tranquility of the mountains in a small, family circle. You immediately feel welcome in the family-run business and the hosts are happy to chat, or provide information and ticks and trips. Can only be recommended!
