Entire attic overlooking the lake in one of the most beautiful attic in Italy. Equipped with a double bedroom and another space where we find a bed overlooking the lake. There is a well-stocked kitchen with a spacious table with a breathtaking view, who wouldn't want to eat while admiring the fantastic Lake Garda from above? Large open-space living room. Bathroom with shower stall and bidet. Private parking. 2 indoor bike spots. Very quiet and quiet area. The house has a large shared garden.

The rustic Terrace offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed in the living area there is a sofa. The kitchen has a new refrigerator and frizer dishwasher and kitchen oven, there is also a stove in the oven, it can only be used with prior agreement with the property, we provide the wood for a fee. Blankets and pillows are provided but guests are required to bring duvet covers or quilt covers and pillowcases. There is parking for cars and bike storage.
