Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are included at the time of stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and carbonated drink upon arrival. The cottage has a nice south facing wooden deck with food furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne Sommerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Here you can swim wood-fired hot tub and fire in the fireplace just down at the lake. Fishing at the house or at one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike 7 Torpsleden about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding right on the plot, ice skating or fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski tracks on Rabakkoberg just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of lovely snowmobile trails around the corner!

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.
