Welcome to Aachen!

Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things daily. The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Stay in the historical center of Vaals. The French Church dates from 1667 and was converted into living quarters in 1837. This Rijksmonument has been restored in 1837's style and materials. The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay piece. Shops within walking distance. Three countries point 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meters wood stove. Indoor courtyard with seating area. Use of family garden in consultation. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not quiet.

Achter ons huis ligt ons comfortabele vakantiehuis, met een eigen entree, grote (omheinde) tuin en zonnige veranda. Vanuit de 2 slaapkamers zie je de heuvels. De natuur is dan ook dichtbij om heerlijk te fietsen en te wandelen. Meegenomen fietsen kun je veilig binnen stallen! Daarbij zorgt de ligging in het centrum voor allerlei gemakken. Zoals: supermarkt en bakker binnen handbereik, een groot aantal restaurantjes op loopafstand en de bushalte (o.a. verbinding naar Maastricht) op 200 meter.

In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment includes a private terrace and a large parking lot is also right in front of the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our back house. An elevator is not available. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport connections and shops are easily accessible on foot.
