Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Tout est à votre disposition. 🥖Sans voisins, et à 5 minutes des fermes locales, du supermarché, de la boulangerie ou encore de la station-service!

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Ground floor, City center house, 50 m2, 1 to 4 people

50 m2 single-story townhouse with private entrance. A large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove, toaster, griddle), double sofa bed (140) or 2 extra beds (90 x 190), TV and living room area. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) Bathroom, separate private toilet Private car park Outdoor area with garden furniture Sheets, duvets, pillows... are provided. Bring your own toiletries.

Gîte in the heart of the Perche park.

This comfortable 4-person cottage is located in the beautiful countryside of Perche at the end of a hedged path. The impressive glass gable and the sublime view of the valleys make it an ideal place to relax and reconnect with nature. The owner who lives in the neighboring house has renovated this old farm barn with a concern for eco-responsibility and sustainability, you will find the authenticity and charm of a country house. 

Papy Marcel

Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 min drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. Example: 1 bedroom = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for a supplement of €10/person to have towels.

4-star cottage & spa at Domaine du Moulin Neuf

Nestled in the hollow of a river, in the Perche, near hiking trails and castles, our cottage is ideal for a relaxing weekend: after visiting the region by bike, on foot or by car, you can relax in the spa, enjoy "light therapy" to the sound of soft music, contemplate nature. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

"Chez Mémé Caillou" Gîte 6 people

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
