"Villa Costa Sur", una casa con piscina privada, terraza-solárium con tumbonas y un comedor exterior con barbacoa. A 2 kilómetros por carretera NO peatonal (coche/bus/taxi), de playa, supermercados y restaurantes. Recomendable coche de alquiler o taxi. Al ser una zona residencial tranquila se exige un comportamiento responsable y no se permite hacer ruido desde 11 pm hasta 8 am. Se permiten altavoces a volumen moderado durante el día. No se permite un consumo excesivo de alcohol.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
