The nearest town of Bad Neustadt is about 6 km away. Enjoy the tranquility of country life without having to sacrifice modern comforts.

The quiet location invites you to switch off, while nearby spas and towns such as Bad Bocklet, Bad Kissingen and Bad Neustadt provide variety. Perfect for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation!

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und nach dem Motto „Alt trifft Neu“ verwandelten wir einen alten Stall in einen behaglichen Urlaubsort.
