Great house close to Salzburg

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

The stay was very nice. Pauline is a very friendly and nice hostess. The apartment was clean and had everything you need (as described), even a walk-in closet. The bathroom is modern. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach two supermarkets, a bakery, a snack bar with pizza, kebab etc. and an Asian restaurant. Munich is about 30 minutes away by car. I highly recommend a stay with Pauline and will certainly be a guest with Pauline again in the future.

We enjoyed being able to be for ourselves. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again at any time, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every respect!

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various travel guides in the room. Uli was very friendly and immediately made us feel at home. Always happy to come back and thank you for the great time. Clear referral.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We had a lovely time at Carmen's home It's easy to get the bus to city center which is just 10m ride away.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

wow, what more can you say about this place. it is in the most beautiful location, hidden in the valley with wonderful views either side. Franz and family were lovely and accommodating, really helpful before arrival, and during my stay. I was working remotely for a few days, so did not get to enjoy the local bars and restaurants, but there was a very convenient large supermarket at the bottom of the road. Despite the wet weather, I went on runs and hikes in the area, crossing over the border into Germany, and the surroundings are beautiful. There also appears to be a very reasonable priced swimming pool nearby which i wish i was able to make the most of. Travel on the 180 bus from Salzburg Hbf was also very easy. Being able to enjoy the terrace come rain or sun made the whole stay very peaceful and enjoyable. there is a small kitchen to make some meals, the bedroom and living space is well equipped, and the private bathroom is also very good. A wonderful stay! The place was sparkling clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail – I immediately felt at home. Our host Maria was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful – you immediately notice that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony was simply magical, even more breathtaking than in the photos. I am infinitely grateful for this beautiful time and will be happy to come back from the bottom of my heart!

We felt very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, quietly located and a good starting point for activities. Particularly noteworthy is the outdoor seating in the idyllic natural garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. The café "Kaffeesatz" opposite the apartment (open from Wednesday to Saturday) was recommended to us by Johanna, as well as the pizzeria "Jolly", which can be reached in five minutes on foot. There were fantastic cakes in the cafe and the pizzas were also very good. We will certainly come back.

What a gem 💎 of a place and Unken is such a beautiful little town and the gateway to a hiking and cycling paradise. Gabi and Josef were amazing hosts and had great recommendations for us, the walk around Dietrichshorn was an absolute highlight. We were very happy in this gorgeous apartment that had everything to make you feel at home 🏡

Great place to spend afew nights on a ski trip

It was an amazing stay. Comfortable & cozy apartment. Sofia & Eugen were responsive and so kind. I might do it again later!

The stay with Johanna and her husband was quite wonderful. The two are two good-hearted and likeable people. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

Holger was very communicative before we arrived and was sure to find out how best to prepare for our arrival. The home was spacious and so clean for 5 of us. He had a Nespresso machine filled and ready for us. We loved the place!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

By far the best Airbnb we have stayed👌👌❤️❤️ Right from the communication, attentive hosts, absolutely pristine surroundings, house full of luxury amenities like whirlpool ( jacuzzi ), sauna, cold bath, hey stack bed and the sumptuous breakfast, it had everything one could possibly ask for.. And Longiaru, such beautiful place, it’s a trekkers paradise.. We had decided to do lots of hikes during our visit to Alps & had read about Tre Cime and Ceceda being the treks to do but Nicolas had mentioned about couple of good hikes around his place and glad we did these…. His villa is right on 2 trails - 1) we went to Utia Vaciara & Munt de Fornella which give great views of Mount Putia and 2) Utia Ciampcios & Megaldes which give stunning views of Puez mountains with breathtaking scenery and blooming wildflowers all along the trails.. Thank you Nicolas for suggesting these trails and we loved them so much that we didn’t go to Tre cime or Ceceda even though we had the car.. Ciao, Sachin

We loved it all. A lovingly, very tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment with everything you need. And a great terrace with dining area and sunbeds, just great and cozy. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean & comfortable private apartment, with everything we needed to self-cater during our stay. Separate toilet and bathroom. Washing machine was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay.
