Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Stefan's accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars, everything is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's really nothing missing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. A highlight of the apartment is its own sauna, the tranquility and the privacy. Stefan and Sonja are very likeable, helpful and friendly hosts. We can definitely recommend the accommodations. We rented this apartment for 2 weeks and no regrets at all! The apartment was clean, cozy, well heated and so clean. There is everything you might need for a living and if you need anything else the host and her wonderful mother (who lives in this house) are always in touch and are ready to help. Also the view from the apartment is spectacular. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be happy to come back again.

A really nice apartment in which we felt really comfortable. Renate and Roland are very friendly, accommodating and tend to stay in the background. Privacy was guaranteed at all times. The two were very flexible even when booking. So was the check-in. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful. Many beautiful hikes directly in the area, whether directly on foot or from a nearby parking lot. All in all, a perfect stay. ☺️☺️ We'd love to come back!
