My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
