This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. From the outside with old beautiful sandstone, from the inside modern. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with a family bed (3 m) where we sleep 4 :) The couch can be pulled out. Our former farmhouse, which is over 170 years old, farmhouse is centrally located in Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will stay in a studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Daily necessities (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, post office, etc.) are within walking distance around our house. Fresh eggs are available from the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place every Saturday diagonally opposite in the old dairy.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
