Very big and spacious house. The kids loved the pool. The two washers and a good dryer made it convenient to wash our dirty laundry.

WOW - an amazing 5D/4N. 5 glorious days of relaxing: 2+h snorkeling trips every morning & even longer trips in the afternoons, fishing from the "flying banana", swimming with green turtles, evenings chilling on a private deck in the hammocks or ocean swing & just time to breathe & discover island life (outside of the westernised veneer of the resorts). It takes less than 30min to circumnavigate Mabul at a leisurely pace. We met Reed & Nor as hosts & guests but became friends. With no running hot water (that said the cold showers were refreshing & very welcome), no air con (in 39+ C but fans in our bedroom with a full opening wall to the deck provided more than adequate ventilation) & sporadic electricity it is not for everyone but adds to the authenticity of living on the island (& with power banks was no issue at all). Al (boat driver & turtle spotter 🐢 extrodinaire) & Ry (house helper) couldn't have been kinder when stepping up to run lodge unexpectedly. Amazing meals & perfect stay

Very very nice home! I stayed with 19 adults & 1 children, the house is very huge. Disposable towel & toothbrushes were prepared by the owner. Thank you so much we had a perfect stay.

Superrrr spacious unit! We stayed here with 11 people and there’s still plenty of space for us to wind down after a day of exploring in the city. Amenities provided are very sufficient too. A huge front porch for us to park our cars and to dry our clothes even! Some distance to Gaya street tho, but with a rental car that’s not a big issue to not to stay here :)

If you need big place to group of friends, this the place you should book :)

Great and convenient place to stay. Connected to a shopping mall and a lot of eateries nearby.

Best homestay we have ever stayed in!!! House is fully equipped, whatever tools/equipment/appliances/consumables items that you need are there. Owner is not stingy, communicates clearly & it was a pleasure to come across such pleasant one. We appreciate the owner’s great hospitality, they really placed extra effort to organise meticulously for our stay. Beautiful scenery towards Pulau Gaya & the bustling Jesselton pier. House is very clean, no bad odour, kids-friendly, well organised & great location. In the future, shall seek this same organisation/ owner for our homestay again.

If you are coming to Kota Kinabalu, I recommend this hotel very, very much. The room is very big and the bed is very comfortable. The accommodation is just above imago. The landlord is a very, very nice person. He introduced us to many delicious places and tried his best to meet all our needs. This is very important for foreigner who are not familiar with the environment. I hope to stay here again if I come to Kota Kinabalu next time.

Great place for staying! Can take a short walk to the aru beach to see the sunset.

Misun’s Mango House is my go-to place whenever I’m in Kota Kinabalu. It’s not in the CBD but it’s easy to get around with Grab (local car service). What’s stands out from Mango House is its phenomenal panoramic view of the harbor and the city, the unit is at the corner of Tower 1 therefore you’d have an L-shaped view of South China Sea from the living/dining room. Now I’m afraid that my review is too good I may not be able to book Mango House easily in the future… Misun please give me priority because I’m Mango House’s biggest fan. 😬 The lower floors of the towers have 24/7 convenient stores, round-the-clock laundromats and restaurants that entice your taste buds. Walkable to Jesselton Point which is the hub of boats to the islands. Pool may not be as amazing as the hotels’ but still not a bad place for those who’s looking to get some tans.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly responsive and did their best to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. The communication was seamless, and any questions or requests we had were addressed promptly. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and located in a convenient area. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Comfortable and High standard , suitable for a couple staying in central Kota Kinabalu .

The house is located near the Abbey Vegetable Market, you can buy your own lunch at the back of the market and process it at the processing point on the second floor of the market, you can go to the night market for dinner, it is relatively close to the durian stall under the Tianqiao and the night market on Jia Ya Street, you can walk to it

Cozy and comfortable homestay..Feels like home.. Direct access to the swimming pool & playground..my kids love it so much.. will come again for sure..^^

Doris has been a wonderful and helpful host and the week in this cozy and tidy apartement just flew by. The flat was very spaceous and well equipped + clean, the view from the flat and the upper terrace were fascinating (e.g. when the weather is good, Mt. Kinabalu becomes visible) and the area offers everything one could need during a stay in the city. Happy to return!

1. Great location at Citypad, close to Jesselton Quay for island hopping, and Sutera Shopping Mall. 2. Below the tower, has a lot of restaurants, cafes and laundery shop. 3. The apartment is the same with the picture, with no washing machine, but can do the laundery downstairs.

It looks a little older than the picture, The view was so nice that I felt good when I woke up in the morning. The living room and room were spacious, and each room had a bathroom, so it was a comfortable place for several people to stay. It was very convenient because there was a shopping mall right below. The public swimming facilities were not used because the water was a little dirty and there were many people using it.
