Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Saco River

It was wonderful to be hosted by Mike and Johanna. As seasoned hosts, they had anticipated every one of our needs and potential questions about our stay and gave us detailed information. They responded to my queries patiently and promptly. This is our seventh year visiting Conway but only our second time at an Airbnb here. This is definitely the best way to experience a week-long stay at Conway. I particularly appreciated the workout equipment because of which I was able to keep up with my Pilates classes online. The kids (5 & 3) had a blast exploring the place. There were so many kids toys that we didn’t have any use for the ones we brought along. But do bring max strength mosquito repellent!!

It is a very beautiful and peaceful place, I recommend it, and it is very clean which is one of the most important things about a place.

Stayed for the weekend with my wife and inlaws had a wonderful time beautiful spacious home hot tub was amazing very clean and taken care of, Eric is an amazing host and will be definitely back here to stay again 10/10

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!

From clearly identifying locations of kitchen items to helpful hints throughout the home, just about every T was crossed and every i dotted! It has everything we could have needed for a long or short stay. It didn’t feel like we were intruders or temporary guests… it felt like we were home! The only negative thing I’d have to mention is the bed in the front corner bedroom. It was VERY cushy… too cushy. With two people sleeping there, it caved in the middle so you were nearly on top of them the whole night. Gary and Cynthia were wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail in the historical home they renovated is very well thought out and smartly done! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay in a town a little off the beaten path, this place is it! Two thumbs up!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

We had a great stay. The location is quiet but just a few minutes away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Highlights: The bed was super comfortable. The sauna was great on a rainy day. The walkability to the Back Bay trail was appreciated.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Andy & Lynne’s place! The apartment felt welcoming, warm and comfortable, truly a home away from home. The kitchen was cute and well appointed. The bath was spacious and the rainfall shower was absolutely amazing. The location was yet peaceful and quiet, yet assessable to many points in souther Maine. It is the ideal getaway spot for costal New England. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in costal Maine. Thank you!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

We stayed for just one night and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was our first time traveling with our dog, and the space was welcoming and pet-friendly, which made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Great communication from the host as well. Would definitely stay again!

So grateful to Josh and Megan for sharing their beautiful home with me. It was simple but had everything you needed, and the bunk house is bonus for those who need the extra space. I really enjoyed having the screened in porch, and that is where I spent most of my time. I loved hearing the sounds of nature, all while staying safe from the bugs! Only downfall was the construction right next door, but that’s completely out of the hosts control. I also loved that the White Mountains were about an hour- hour and a half out, it made a perfect and serene route for travel

Off the grid enough to feel completely alone in the woods, but close enough to where you can get dinner or find other things to do with only a short drive. Highly recommend.

Awesome, cozy home base for all your White Mountain adventures! Property has multiple fire-pits, a grill, gas fireplace, and plenty of TVs and an Xbox. The cabin was a great, relaxing place for our two families to stay at! Note that sound travels easily through the floors, but this is common in rustic cabins. Kendra is an excellent host...always available and friendly! We highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Came for the Fall colors; left in love with the place! Small but delightful. Cluttered in the most fantastical way. Nestled in paradise. Bonnie is so nice and friendly! Pay attention to the fact that the toilet is not attached to house. Short walk to privet and very clean!

A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Georgetown. Communication with Sarah was excellent as she was friendly, responsive, and made check in and check out super easy. The place was easy to find yet felt completely private and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. The cabin itself was spotless and cozy with everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care went into the space as it was well stocked, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. One of our favorite parts was the seating area by the lake where we spent hours just relaxing and taking in the view. The nearby nature trails were stunning and easy to access, and Sarah’s local recommendations made the experience even better. We genuinely wish we had stayed longer and are already looking forward to coming back. It was the perfect escape and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy Maine’s natural beauty.

I can't stress enough how incredible this stay was for me, my husband and our pug. The Airbnb was even better in person and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were so gracious and thoughtful -- very considerate of any needs you could have. This is place a must for relaxing in nature. I'd love to come back for sure!
