Beautiful cottage in peaceful area & ocean view

Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

Fantastically located log house

Welcome to Lynghytten in Lyngså. At the end of the cul-de-sac is this beautiful and stylishly decorated log house with direct access to the protected nature area - Professorens Plantage - and only 500m to beautiful, child-friendly Kattegat by private and direct path. The house has only a neighbor on one side and is located on the other side of a beautiful natural area, where wildlife can often be seen. There are really good opportunities for walks to both the water and the plantation, just as there are many good MTB opportunities

The sea lodge

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Small cottage (40 square meters) in a quiet setting. Unique nature and good swimming beach. Located north of the town of Hals, close to Kattegat. Built as a guest cottage for the neighboring house. The cottage has 500 sqm of separate area in wild nature. Room for 2 people, but there is the possibility of extra bedding. There are 2 bicycles available for free. Free parking. Electric cars cannot be charged. Can possibly be combined with stays in our apartment in Aalborg, see link under 'other things to note'

The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in a quiet environment. The house has a nice south facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the house's cosy rooms. The place offers a relaxing holiday with great opportunities for experiences within a short distance.

REMEMBER to bring your own sheets, bed linen and towels - there are duvets and pillows. Living room and kitchen with nice dining area with ocean view, freezer. Terraces on all sides of the house. Near a nice beach. NOTE: It is not allowed to charge electric cars via the cottage's installations due to fire. No rentals to youth groups.

From the kitchen, doors lead out to two spacious and undisturbed terraces, which allow for outdoor meals, sunbathing and cozy socializing. Just 150 meters to a scenic area, which opens up to a wonderful child-friendly beach. Close to Ålbæk and about 20 km to Skagen.

Just below the house is the beach promenade - walk along it into the harbor and visit the lovely eateries and feel the atmosphere. Kitchen-living room: fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove (induction), dishwasher. Bathroom: shower and washing machine. 6 good sleeping places divided into 3 rooms.
