Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

From this central accommodation, the whole group has easy access to whatever it may be. It is 10 km to Sæby and 14 km to Frederikshavn. Lots of nice bathing places. Great little places to bike to in the area. A small breeze in the street. There are duvets and pillows in the house, but bed linen and towels must be brought by guests themselves
