Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Safiental

Ein kleines Paradies! Wir hatten uns sofort wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Ein ruhiger Ort und mit allem Comfort!

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. La maison est très charmante, d'une propreté impeccable dans un cadre splendide, offrant une vue absolument magnifique ! Si vous cherchez le dépaysement, le calme et une nature verdoyante, vous êtes au bon endroit! Ivana est une hôte très attentionnée, généreuse et sympathique qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Gandria ist ein malerisches, kleines Dorf und trotz der ruhigen, beschaulichen Lage gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Kaffees, wo man einkehren kann. Die Wohnung von Louise wurde mit viel Bedacht gestaltet und hat alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung, alles wie gewohnt, super organisiert, Markus sehr hilfsbereit und informativ, gute Lage zum Supermarkt, ruhig, groß und geräumig. Gerne wieder! Besten Dank!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage bei Gerhard und Conny, die uns beide sehr nett begrüßt haben. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und vor allem auch klasse ausgestattet. Es ist alles wichtige (z.B. Toilettenpapier, Schwämme etc.) vorhanden und muss nicht erst gekauft werden. Wir haben die Fewo, dank der tollen Beschreibung, auch sofort gefunden.

Merci Mattia, et ses parents de l’accueil et de la vue qui est parfaite sur le lac depuis le balcon, avec l’accès privé au lac en bas de l’appartement ! Tout était très propre si on doit revenir à Côme on reviendra ici merci ! Grazie mille Louis & Chiara

This is a beautiful location with many great activities nearby. the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Logement très bien équipé et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Cadre très agréable, très belle vue depuis l'appartement (nous étions dans celui du haut). Superbe piste de luge d'été dans le village (plus longue de Suisse il me semble), y aller avant 10h30 pour avoir 2 descentes pour le prix d'1, valable 1 an. A savoir, la maison est en contre-bas et il faut emprunter des escaliers pour accéder au logement depuis le parking (comme on peut le voir sur la photo principale, qui est prise depuis le parking), ce qui ne nous a toutefois pas posé de problème. Literie très confortable. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

Es war einfach perfekt! Der Blick ist atemberaubend, die Ausstattung war unglaublich gut und alles war super sauber. Alles ist ordentlich und perfekt vorbereitet. Man spürt die Liebe des Gastgebers in in jedem Details. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles.

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location right by the Rigi Cog station made it easy to get up and down the mountain. The wood-fired hot tub made for a perfect spot to soak up the view each evening. Our hosts provided wonderful information prior-to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.
