We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We also loved that the house had everything we needed, very well equipped. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Pretty amazing place. Can’t beat the views and the seclusion. The beach is a nudist beach so we just waited until evening to play on the beach with the kids. The only negative is that the pool area overlooks directly into the outdoor and pool areas of another residence. If they are out partying you get a full dose of it. This wasn’t a deal breaker but it did subtract from the feeling of seclusion and exclusivity portrayed in the pics. Overall a fantastic location and place to relax.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Probably the best airbnb I ever booked - it was perfect end to end 1) the property is stunning, even the great pictures from the listing don’t do it justice 2) super friendly hosts, very helpful from the beginning, providing local recommendations 3) very well equipped: all kitchen / swimming pool ustensiles were available. The host also let coffee, olive oil, pepper, salt and all necessary condiments at our disposal ! 4) the area around the property is also very beautiful and quiet. With great walks starting a few meters away from the property

An amazing stay in an amazing location. The villa was beautiful and relaxing and the view is 10/10. It was spotless clean and the check in was very smooth with a very friendly and kind host. Communication was very responsive. For guests wanting to stay, a heads up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as well as basic ingredients for cooking like oil. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa with us! We were a family of 7, aged between 17 and 76! Your home couldn’t have been more perfect for our getaway. Everything was immaculate – both inside and out – and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The layout and amenities were ideal for a mixed-age group, with plenty of space to come together or unwind in peace. The pool area was a real highlight – the perfect size, with sun all day and those breathtaking views over the sea and Calpe’s Peñón de Ifac. We spent countless hours just enjoying the scenery with meals and drinks outdoors. We really appreciated how close the villa is to supermarkets and beaches – just a short drive away – and having two cars was very helpful. The electric gates and ample parking made everything super convenient and secure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your villa to others! Thanks again.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with its stunning sea view! We appreciated the earlier check in, plus a cot and high chair for our one year old granddaughter. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful too.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and easy to find and perfect for 15 of us on a hen do. Communication was brilliant and lots of help with organising other things during our stay.

Great stay at this beautiful villa true to description and photos. Beautiful view! Very warm welcome and departure. Excellent contact with hosts available for any questions or problems. Clean and secure villa in a very quiet area, well located 15 min from benidorm center and 45 min from alicante by car. Grocery stores 5 mins by car. Parking possible in front of the house. We'll be happy to come back, thank you for hosting us!

We spent a great time with family and kids celebrating New Year's Eve. Everything were very comfortable and easy to use. Tom and Juan are very responsive hosts, we had an instant communication sorting out any minor issue we had, thanks a lot! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

We've stayed with three marriages, with small children and everything's great. The perfect common and individual spaces, as well as the spaciousness of the garden, the heated pool gives a lot of play, although in Easter, the 26 degrees falls short, you would have to climb it a little. The ideal cleanliness and the Villa has everything you need in terms of home furnishings and appliances. The only thing that would improve is the furniture, since both the sofas and the wedding mattresses are quite worn and sink and for us the rest is very important. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet and very beautiful mountainous area, great base for exploring. Clive was an excellent host who was so friendly and helpful. He made great suggestions of places to visit, good restaurants, local shops and beaches. Thank you Clive !

This villa is far more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had complete privacy and the views out to the sea were incredible. Alex was incredibly helpful with our check-in and any questions we had about the area. Could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back in the future!

The house is very nice, the pool area and the same very large, it is between orange trees and lemon trees, very quiet, we have been very good, the plot is not fenced ,so if you take your pet you have to take it into account , but it is not any impediment, it is already the end of the street and no one passes, luxury place at night to see the perseidas ,everything is perfect and recommended .

Amazing house and equipped with everything you can imagine for a large family in a privileged place in the Valencian mountain very close to the sea and Susana a great host always worried and willing to give you a hand. It's well worth it

Our stay was just as the listing stated, quiet and peaceful. The pool was a fair size for the guests there and just enough loungers for everyone to use. The location is out of the way and you will need to drive to local restaurants etc, so you would need your own transport to pick up supplies or visit around the area. Any problems we did have were quickly sorted by our hosts and communication was easy. The accommodation was clean and had all the items you would need to be self sufficient and enjoy the peace and quiet.
