The house was clean and comfortable. A great place to land in Bay City when my husband and I attended a family event with our two adult children. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was a good visit!! Would stay again.

Melissa's home is even more beautiful in person and it was the perfect getaway spot for our annual girls weekend. We enjoyed the space so much, we almost skipped our plans just to hangout and chat. Everything was put together so nicely and the decor was gorgeous. Check in was a breeze and she left clear instructions for checkout. We will definitely come back if our travels lead us back that way again.

This place is beautiful, has all of the amenities, the lake is gorgeous and overall this home has everything you could ever want. Fresh baked cookies, a hand written note, anything you could need in the kitchen, endless games. Caught huge bass in the lake! Overall this place is wonderful and I’d highly recommend. My family and I enjoyed every moment there. Due to no fault of the host, but something I’m surprised isn’t mentioned more is the neighbors. There are signs everywhere that make you feel uncomfortable as they are very unhappy about the airbnb being next door. It felt intentional of them standing close to the property lines and watching us but overall it didn’t interfere with our good time. It is a little uncomfortable but nothing could have stopped us from enjoying this beautiful home.

We didn't spend a lit of time hear, only to sleep. There is so much to do in the area that we were out a lot. It was extremely nice to come in to a very clean and inviting space after a tiring day of play!

We loved the peace and quiet of the place, and the surrounding woods. We were a block away from the Midland to Clare Rail Trail, so we could walk and bike whenever and as far as we wanted. It was also close to the expressway and not too far from shopping and restaurants. It was delightful.

We had a fantastic little getaway. Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood and the property is fantastic. The pool and hot tub really made our stay over the top. Joshua is a fantastic host and we had a wonderful time!

Great host and property. Very accommodating for my large family and guests. My siblings and I came in from all over the US. Jason was a very gracious and made celebrating my father's 86th birthday a breeze. Will definitely be back whenever we're in town for a visit.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

We had a great stay. The charming home is ideally situated extremely close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go within 5-10 minutes. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom is massive. Chris even added a nice welcome gift which was a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Frankenmuth.

My husband and I were in Davisburg for the Antique show. This was a perfect comfortable place to relax after hours of walking. Had both hot coffee and hot tea available which was lovely. Also loved the mattress which we are now shopping for. Only thing if stayed again would prefer the downstairs unit over the upstairs. Stairs were creaky!

Huge fan of this location! Great Airbnb right in the center of town. Great outdoor space to people watch. Cozy rooms and really nice kitchen and living space. We loved our stay so much!!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

It was a great place to stay we came down for a long weekend with our baby and 3 dogs and they were more than accommodating. Their place was clean with easy instructions! It was the perfect little apartment! We do plan to stay again in the future.

This place had everything we needed and more. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The place was clean. Check in and out was easy. Definitely a great host!

Carols place is an 11 out of 10. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and cozy. Perfect size for our family of 4. It was walking distance to EVERYTHING! I loved being able to pop downstairs in the morning to get coffee & my kids loved the free walking strawberry cups! This is our second stay at one of carols places and it won’t be the last

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

Very clean, nice place. Although there was an underlying musty smell in the living room. We opened windows while there which helped. Bathrooms and bed were very clean and I am a stickler for cleanliness. Would visit again, possibly in a different unit to avoid the damp smell.

Michelle place was wonderful! The place had the historic home feel and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful area of town just a short walk to downtown, park, and river. Really close to the hospital if you're staying in town to visit a loved one. Highly recommend Michelle's Place!

Loved the location; not a lot to do locally, but Caseville, Bad Axe, and Port Austin were a very short, scenic, and serene drive away.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

This Airbnb was PERFECT! We came for a bachelorette get together and stayed for the weekend, we had 8 people which Lane was very accommodating and allowed us to bring an air mattress for our extra people! The location is pristine as it was right across the street from an amazing restaurant (Beachy’s), the farmers market (Saturday morning), lots of stores to shop around, and right next to the liquor store! We didn’t have to drive a single place which made the trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were very large and super clean! The bathrooms were both extremely spacious, absolutely gorgeous and stocked with soap! We will definitely be returning, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caseville!

Mikes place was more spacious and undersold through the ad in my opinion. It was a really nice place to stay and the community it is in is very friendly and comfortable. Definitely booking in the future when I’m back in Michigan
