Mountainview Cottage Muletg - Flims LAAX

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

House with garden/seating/breathtaking views

Relax, enjoy, be active and be amazed! Concept holiday home with garden and seating on sunny slope in relaxed environment with breathtaking view. The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet, yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area at mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is 15 minutes away.

5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

centrally located 3.5 room apartment in apartment building. fully-equipped open kitchen, fireplace, 2 balconies, sauna. Underground parking space, elevator. Ideal starting point for hikes and skiing. Ski bus (free), shopping (Volg, Denner), post office, bank, bakery and butcher in close proximity. There is also the tourist office and a fine pizzeria right in this village center. A pedestrian underpass will take you from the apartment to all these places within 2 minutes.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Relax in this unique Rifugio. In 2020, a totally renovated 2 1/2-room apartment, whose interior design was completely redesigned. Converted into a loft with the finest materials (Valser granite, chateau parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, designer fittings). With a protected patio and garden. Sunny, quiet location. Private entrance, sauna in the annex. Ski in, ski out or ski bus can be reached in three minutes.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Casa Arena Alva, LAAX

The Flims-Laax-Falera ski resort is one of the top ski resorts in Switzerland. Developed up to over 3000 meters above sea level, it is absolutely snow-safe and offers plenty of variety for skiers and snowboarders. The romantic and spacious apartment is suitable for couples but also for small families. Directly behind the house is the stop of the shuttle bus, which takes you to the ski and hiking area.

Three and a half room apartment, quiet location near golf course, 7 minutes by car from the valley station of the Alpenarena Flims-Laax with 220 km of ski slopes (free ski bus). 3-minute walk to the village shop, 5 to the cross-country ski trail. In summer, a very nice hiking and biking area with cozy swimming lakes.
