Newly remodeled! Home away from home

We are located in South Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a couple blocks South of Belmont Park. Bob and I live upstairs and offer a small 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment (approximately 500 sq. feet each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is a very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adults. We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching everyone enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

Spacious 1 Bedroom apartment, Blocks from the Bay

One bd second floor apartment. Crown Point area, blocks to Mission Bay, Sunny Living room, wall of windows. Futon Couch in living room sleeps 2. Private bedroom, with door, double bed. No shared walls, it’s a solo unit behind our house atop the garage, so total privacy. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. It’s a beach neighborhood, so parking can be tough, street parking only, safe and quiet. Security cameras in yard and walkway.
