La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

It is the ideal house for a relaxing holiday, while enjoying the activities and visits to the surrounding seaside resorts.

The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Close to the city (Guérande intramuros 5 min) and all shops but quiet in nature. You can enjoy a large private garden, the large park with its pond, its diverse wild fauna and flora. Go on a getaway by the sea easily, which is less than 8 km away, for a walk, a swim. At the edge of the house passes a GR as well as the Velocéan bike path allowing you to reach the beaches by bike.
