Holiday rentals with a kayak in Saint Andrew Bay

Everything was perfect beautiful home and everything was absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to stay here again

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

We had a great stay! Location is amazing and bikes were a nice touch! Our only issue was for the price we paid it would be nice to include more essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We ran out of toilet paper during a 5 night stay and it felt weird to have to go buy toilet paper after spending several thousand dollars for a house. The beds and towels could also be upgraded given the cost to rent but that is probably nit-picky. All in all the house was very clean, great location, etc. Would book again!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Cute house, comfortable with all the amenities needed. Very responsive host. Great location if you want to be near the beach. No complaints, my family enjoyed our stay. If wanted to improve would be helpful to add some more basic kitchen supplies such as cooking oil, sugar varieties, and a scrubby for washing the pots.

Wonderful stay! Cassie was great and very responsive. Space was clean and just like the pictures. We also loved how close the beach was!

Excellent location, easy walk to beach! Very clean, well stocked for our stay. Perfect for a family get away liked the privacy of two different units included for the price. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! Donna was very responsive but we really didn’t need anything! Everything was very easy! The home has everything you need to enjoy the beaches in Panama City as well as the water right outside the door! It was clean, quiet and cozy! The sunset from the deck is second to none! Be sure to enjoy the dock for sting rays and crabs! Will definitely be staying again! The binder with all the local tips and activity suggestions was very handy! This is the perfect place for a couples getaway!

The Lake House was awesome! We had 5 people in our group and the three rooms were perfect for everyone to have their privacy plus space to gather together. Everything was very clean and stocked with Airbnb basics. We enjoyed the back porch, the view of the lake, and watching the wildlife. The pier, kayaks, and canoe are a plus! (Just be aware there are small alligators in the water.) It is definitely a peaceful retreat space that’s close enough to Panama City to enjoy restaurants, etc without having to stay in the chaos. It was a great find!

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.
