Small house full of charm (cocooning atmosphere) in the heart of the village of St-Armel, fully equipped (Wi-Fi - dishwasher - oven - microwave - connected TV - barbecue) 2 steps from the Gulf of Morbihan The coastal trails, at the end of the street, lead to the GR34, the salt marshes, Tascon Island, the small port of the St-Armel passage. You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

This place has a decidedly unique style. All linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). You will find a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a refrigerator and freezer, an induction hob, a multifunction oven, a microwave oven, a TV and of course internet. The gulf is 200 meters away, with its hiking trails.
