We spent a weekend at Eric's to go to the MotoGP at Le Mans. So we didn't stay in the accommodation much, but everything went very well. Perfect for two couples. The city is very pretty and nice. I recommend it.

Delighted by this short family stay in Sarthe! The exchanges with Damien were all fluid and the answers to the questions were quick and detailed. Marie Laure's welcome was pleasant, she took the time to introduce us to the surroundings upon our arrival. The house is as described: clean, spacious, bright and very well located in relation to the different places to walk. And we were able to enjoy its freshness when we returned at the end of the day, the stones insulating well from the good heat of late May. A good place to recommend, if only for the responsiveness of its host. Thank you for all the sweet treats we enjoyed :)
